AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY I ordered a clock via this company It was delivered however was broken upon delivery I contacted the company immediately to ask for a replacement or refund It is now 2 5 months later and despite many communications the company are refusing to refund the product All that has been offered is a 1 refund followed by a 2 refund and at the moment a 4 refund This is for a 18 product which was broken upon delivery Absolutely appalling customer service

Complete con order something pay they provide a tracking number - says delivered but never arrives they refer you to post office who don t recognise tracking number and they won t refund SCAM DO NOT USE

AVOID this company they are not who they say they are I thought I was purchasing from a UK company but no its a Chinese company who I have not heard of and have no contract with Item arrived faulty and to get a refund would cost more to return than the product Fraudulent company

Don t waste your time or money my item although showing uk email address came from the US It landed in the UK safely however EVRI have lost it which they confirmed 21 days later It s still showing as out for delivery This company are not prepared to acknowledge it is lost as it s still showing in transit Their email responses are beyond rude and quite petulant in nature

Absolute waste of money I bought myself and family members de-icer cones for Christmas I ordered them in November plenty of time for delivery right wrong they turned up beginning of January I used 1 the other day to de ice my car windscreen what a waste of time it did nothing Absolutely rubbish Back to using a store card

Fraudulent company beware

Fraudulent company beware I ordered the 5d front-closing bras advertised everywhere They send me bras that are half the size ordered When reaching out I get a reply of 2 refund for 20 spent Ridiculous Sent photos to explain the problem These online companies need to be held responsible for their mistakes

Total scam but what is worse is companies like this appear to be endorsed by Facebook when I complained to Facebook they said the company were acting within their guidelines so beware

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers ordered two charging lamps clocks worth 34 before Christmas tracking number showed parcel in transit for almost a month but never arrived and then when contacted repeatedly they said that the item was returned without being delivered no reason given If I still wanted this they would resend it but will cost me shipping this time On insisting on refund as I no longer wished to get it I am offered a fraction of the actual amount paid Still chasing them and very disappointed with the whole process

AVOID AVOID AVOIDwish I had done my research before jumping into buying from this awful company My order details stated 35 for 2x items I was then somehow charged 42 I tracked my items prior to Christmas watched them come into the uk also didn t realise this company ships from abroad my items have never arrived I ve emailed 3x times asking for help with my order and I ve had no response So disappointed that someone has taken my money for nothing Please don t order from this company avoid at all costs

Scam

Overcharged me without permission Payed 19 99 and 23 99 was taken out my account items were never delivered Emails were ignored Gave PayPal fake tracking saying item was coming from China and gave me different fake tracking saying item was coming from America Absolute scam do not order from this website
