I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered the blind date with a book set The book is pretty much a 20 page leaflet neither me or my partner had heard of I thought I had been sent the packaging and crafty parts separate and was expecting the book at a later date it was that thin and wasn t until I saw a couple other reviews on here I realised that the book was in that parcel I doubt I will get a response or refund from them so yeah give a wide berth

Avoid this company at all costs They scammed me with the blind date with a book I was promised a proper book and got a typed up photocopied pamphlet clearly in breach of all copyright rules and also only the first two chapters The rubbish I received was appalling and an insult and took 6 weeks to arrive It would cost more to return it than the rubbish received was worth Steer clear

Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering Like a previous review I ordered 2 blind date books at the beginning of Dec The parcel finally arrived today from China even though its a co uk website No books just the wrapping stickers etc So spent 18 on a load of rubbish Do not use this company

Horrendous company Ordered by accident emailed immediately to ask to cancel my order they said it was already shipped out only then to receive an email 2 weeks later to say item had been shipped I ve had several emails ignored I want to return and to receive my refund yet no one is replying to me Lesson learnt DON T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

How to get your money back from these shisters

We ordered 3 egg separators I have reviewed them previously Cxap design will never work Anyway this review is how to get your money back Despite having a UK email address they have a web site now blocked by AVG that says they are a USA couple Nope surprise surprise China They will ask for as many details of the delivery as they can think of only stopped when I sent them photo of the QR code on the packaging Then made a dirisery offer of 2 latter upped to 5 to save me the cost of returning the useless cxrap to them Pointed out that under distant selling laws in the UK they are responsible for the return costs asked for prepaid return addressed label Only then was the address being in China given Anyway if you paid by Credit Card that is the route to go down I have just received the 16 refund Just always note if to good to be true it s usually Cxpe or a scam Pay by Credit Card then use Charge Back when it is a con Live Long Prosper

SHOCKING QUALITY SERVICE

Dire customer service and support Items arrived as Christmas gift my wife failed to see goods from China very poor quality did not work sent video to prove not working as required they tried to say I couldn t prove where it was damaged before or after transit Great service eh Persisted and they eventually offered 5 compensation product cost 30 no full refund offered Persisted again out of principal as it wasn t worth the hassle Said they would consider full refund if I paid postage return and it arrived undamaged Noting their initial response I couldn t prove where damage happened this was hardly an option spend more money for more hassle Raised a complaint and they have not responded absolutely shocking and a rip off DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

More trouble than it s worth

Didn t receive order as it went to my old address but they were completely unhelpful expect me to pay again if I want it resent or to take the shipping costs off item cost off before any refund even though it has been sent back to them Apparently it won t go back to there original warehouse Do not use this company had I known it would take 8 weeks before we even got to this point I wouldn t have bothered
