Not sure why all the shade This company and the people are so amazing So helpful and kind and I love my purchase I will definitely be gifting more plants now and certainly getting more for myself as well

I do not understand all of the bad reviews If you do not like their return policy then don t buy their product I have had nothing but good experiences with Bloomscape Even when things go wrong which they will when you ship things that are living they bend over backwards to fix it No They are not Amazon But thank God for that Keep doing what you are doing Bloomscape Your customers see your value and we know that what you are doing is hard If you are ever lucky enough to have Kit C help you out count your lucky star That person should manage every customer service department in existence Amazing

Great experience I did not purchase from here But I had a question about my first ever Bird of Paradise Francesca was terrific helping me resolve my problems even though I didn t purchase from here I certainly appreciate Francesca s help She could of told me to Go fly a kite Especially since my BOP didn t come from them But she didn t do that She was helpful kind and knowledgeable with all my questions She wanted photos of the plant plus the problem area on the plant Francesca and the Grow Team knows their stuff Thanks you again Francesca

I m done Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me I ordered three plants using a coupon they gave me after not being able to fulfill an order earlier this year My package arrived today and it s missing the plant I was most excited to get There s no packing slip so I have no way of knowing if they forgot to put it in the box or what I ve emailed customer service and I m fully expecting to get a similar song and dance I got earlier this year

I ordered a prickly pear cactus and it arrived in the box damaged and broken and the dirt was spilled everywhere at the bottom of the box as well I sent several emails with pictures attached as well as a customer feedback form and yet no one has responded on any level to resolve this This is poor customer service there should be prompt responses and prompt resolutions for customers who pay high prices for these plants At this time I would not recommend spending your money with a company that has no phone number to reach them and does not reply when a customer reports an issue

CS FAIL

Emailed several times for CS support no answer Finally found a number to call and when I got through I was told we do not currently offer customer service by phone please feel free to email us I emailed the 7th 11th 14th prior to ordering No order number

Don t Buy From Them

I chose a money plant to send to friends who experienced a death in the family recently Not only did it not show up on time it also showed up in pieces The entire plant was out of the pot and all of the branches were broken off I was skeptical of using a shipping company for live plants but I live across the country from these friends so I decided to give it a try I will never be using this company again and will actively recommend to others not to use this either I don t give bad reviews but this one I took the time out for because it deserved it
