Blue Compass Service Dept Post Falls ID
Blue Compass - Post Falls ID - I ve wasted enough time and energy with their service department Lance in specific that I ll try to make this short and sweet I strongly recommend not ever ever bringing your RV in for service here Diagnosing issues competently seems to be an issue they re incredibly expensive 210 hr 30-day labor warranty as Lance told me wow with a shop rate like 210 hr you only have a 30-day labor warranty - what a confidence booster and lack of effectively listening to a customer s issue s and accurately understanding and translating that information to the technician Lance I do like you but a little less of the Lance-giggle and the don t worry we ll take care of ya or we ll make it right and more listening and understanding of the customer s issues in the beginning might actually get you folks more positive reviews As well Lance don t believe for a second that I believed some of the BS you told me The fuse panel was not replaced nor is it one-piece with the converter at least in this case and confirmed by the manufacturer Along with all the other old parts left in a box in the trailer even down to the broken 30 amp circuit and old battery jumper cables how did the one-piece to the converter fuse panel not make it in the box of old parts The old converter is there in the box but where s the one-peice connected fuse panel As a result I adamantly refuse to purchase anything or seek services at the Post Falls location I strongly adivise others to steer clear of this establishment at all costs

Blue compass RV of Dayton Ohio
Where to Start Bought a new 2023 Jayco Precipt in November of 2023 They told me it was mandatory to Pay them 1000 00 for the techs to do a walkthrough to make sure everything worked as it should and also explain to me what all the functions were and how they worked Some of the things he showed me he told me I would have to get on YouTube so they could explain it to me That should have been my first clue of everything going downhill from there and it has I had the New RV parked in my back yard packing it up to go to South Dakota for thanksgiving and realized the hot water tank would not work on gas or electric Drove it right back to the dealer and left it they called me the next day and said it was fixed asking what the problem was and they said the wires were not even hooked up from the factory 1K walkthrough Got it back to the house filled the tank full of water to check out all the fixtures and noticed the pump switch on the outside for the shower would not work and also could not get any water up to the ice maker This is already getting old Drove it back to the dealer and left it They called and said a wire had a short in it and had to order a new harness 1K walkthrough Got it back home and now needed to winterize it for the winter I was able to get the RV Antifreeze to flow everywhere except through the Ice maker but thought it might be ok because I didn t think there was any water in those lines anyway because it would never make any ice Now it is March warmer weather so I filled the water tank up turned on the pump and water ran all over the floor under the Fridge Yep busted valves to the ice maker Took it back to the dealer and they charged me 562 00 to replace those valves said they gave me a break because I had so much trouble with this great new investment I bought I have had the RV back to the dealer for a number of issues over the past few months in fact the dealer has had the MH more than I have Most recently the slide out awning covers won t retract when the slide comes back in they said there was nothing wrong as they just happen to work when the moved them out and back in again but I know there is still a problem The worse is yet to come I was planning a trip to New Mexico for my 70th birthday I have relatives coming from all over to help me celebrate So I took the MH back to the dealer one more time on 6 22 24 to have them again fix the Ice maker before my anticipated trip They have had it for three weeks when the Service Manager called me and said that one of their guys apparently wasn t watching what he was doing ran into my MH with another trailer It has busted the front grill and windshield now it s not drivable and because they cannot get it fixed before the time I have to leave they have completely ruined my trip to New Mexico So now I have asked them to help me with a trade as I m so tired and fed-up with everything that has happened and the best deal the manager says he can do for me is to charge me another 40k on top of the 134K I already paid for this one You would think he would have a little more compassion for all the trouble I have had I ve paid all I m going too for any more RV s I wished I had never bought this one in the first place I feel that I have been pretty patient with this company for the last 7 months but I have had enough I have read other reviews and have to agree with most of them that their customer satisfaction is way below a Zero I just wished I had read all the reviews before I bought from Blue Compass RV of Dayton Ohio I do not recommend this particular business to anyone very un-happy with them Larry Clarence

Blue Compass rv in Fort Myers Sales and Service
We bought a 2024 Jayco Eagle travel trailer in January stored it for three months went to Chicago for two weeks Water heater never worked Called furoin tech support and followed all the steps Support said It was a bad Circuit Board We gave the Blue Compass service dept the case to verify One of the tires blew out from the side wall My husband replaced it because that the only thing Blue compass does is change the tire They do not replace it We paid 345 00 for the new tire under full warranty Good Year does not guarantee their tires on trailers We were going 65mph when this happened Then the new year developed a bulge in the side wall This was noted by the service manager Also the bedroom slider would not go out Returned home and brought the trailer into service at Blue Compass Rv Service dept who kept it for 6 weeks We gave them the case for the water heater which they ignored and didn t order till 6 weeks later They fix the slide but never but the wood trim back up after tearing it down and they never changed the spare tire 6 weeks of having my RV and this is what was done The service department said They have to take the tire out it to be serviced because they do not have the machinery to change a tire I could not wait anymore so I took the RV I have to say the service manager documented very well I was told by more experienced RV ers to go to the manufacturer which is I intend to do

Blue Compass RV of Murfreesboro is the
Blue Compass RV of Murfreesboro is the epitome of unprofessional service and borderline theft My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare We dropped off our RV for repairs and from day one it was clear that customer service is a foreign concept to them Despite promises of updates we were left in the dark for weeks I had to chase them down repeatedly just to get basic information about our vehicle s status But the real kicker The bait-and-switch tactics with their pricing We were initially quoted 450 for repairs which was then reduced to 344 after some negotiation Imagine our shock when the final bill suddenly skyrocketed to over 750 This kind of price fluctuation isn t just unprofessional - it feels like outright deception When we first brought in our RV their staff practically begged us to give them a chance swearing up and down that they d prove our past negative experiences wrong They even had us considering an upgrade to a fifth wheel What a joke that turned out to be The cherry on top of this disaster sundae When we tried to resolve the pricing issue we were met with hung-up calls and stonewalling It s clear that Blue Compass RV has no interest in actual customer service or resolution It s evident that Blue Compass inherited all the worst traits of the company they acquired and then some They re no better than their predecessor - in fact they might be worse Save yourself the headache frustration and potential financial loss Steer clear of Blue Compass RV of Murfreesboro They ve mastered the art of overpromising underdelivering and overcharging Your RV and your wallet deserve better treatment than this

Perma-lies
With over 165 complaints to the Better Business Bureau 54 in 2024 alone and a mere 1 65 stars out of 5 from BBB reviews this is a high-risk company to buy or get RV service from With that F rating from the BBB 2 7 stars out of 5 on trust pilot 2 stars out of 5 from 100 yelp reviews at their flagship Orlando dealership how is this company still operational It all comes down to providing no customer service and selling in volumes It s common for private equity funded companies to not have any concern for the human being just the margin of profit behind that human being s purchase I don t think it is coincidental that fourteen of the 17 blue compass suits posted on their website are white males alarmingly they all have a similar haircut My personal encounter with Mike the regional VP for AZ and New Mexico was typical He was amicable but continued the perma-lies typical of companies desperate for dollars He couldn t even get me the Keystone packet of information manuals that was missing from my RV yes a grade school kid could probably even solve this Promising me calls from a local dealership to resolve warranty issues and a shipping confirmation that never came I don t think this lack of help to you the buyer would be unexpected in your dealings with Blue Compass If you look on the Blue Compass website you won t find any way to contact the corporate office because they would be inundated and flooded with complaints In my case I left several messages to a corporate line I located Customer service costs them time and that means less money for their investors The purchase of many local dealerships has reduced the choices you have for a RV-so if you have to buy from Blue Compass just understand no service begins the moment you agree to the purchase I think for those of us who optimistically see the website have a pleasant call or interaction with a dealership and or are excited by the low prices we just can t imagine being fooled or lied too Well sadly as soon as you agree to that big RV purchase Blue Compass turns into their evil alter ego GREED They won t apologize to you but I want to say I am sorry if you have lost thousands of dollars time you will never get back trust in the RV community and simply suffered heartbreak

Blue Compass RV
Blue Compass RV Ogden UtahI wanted to inform you that our recent experience with your RV dealership was and has been nothing short of disappointing Despite making a significant investment close to 100 000 the level of service and support we have received makes it seem as if we had made a trivial 5 purchase When we first purchased the RV and was at the dealership the staff did not provide a thorough explanation of the RV we were rushed through a demo was given a bag of warranties for the appliances not a proper manual for the RV is it s entirety and had to beg that someone take our picture with the new RV After we got the RV home we had questions and the non- responsiveness from the staff at Blue Compass RV was inexcusable No calls were returned and definitely no guidance was provided I believe that such issues can and should significantly impact your company s reputation and credibility As a customer I value professionalism and most importantly the assurance that questions or concerns are properly being addressed It is believed that such significant investments should be accompanied by a high level of customer service and support which regrettably we did not receive We will NEVER refer anyone to purchase a RV from the Blue Compass RV Dealership in Ogden Utah WE BOUGHT this RV in April and still are struggling HORRIBLE experience with the dealership in Ogden Utah

Bought a Class C Entegra Odessy from
Bought a Class C Entegra Odessy from the Alverado lot when we were talking to the salesperson we specifically asked if any Blue Compass in the USA would honor factory warranty They said definitely we live 120 miles from the Alverado location On our second trip water started pouring out from the bottom of a cabinet We had only been at the park for about 5 hours We decided to pack up and go home I called the salesman named Cowboy and told him what happened he told me the factory warranty was only serviceable at the Alverado location when I reminded him of our conversation about whether any Blue Compass would honor the warranty he denied saying this my wife is my witness We would never bought an RV we had to drive 120 miles to have serviced The problem was the water filter was screwed down at an angle and the o ring was pinched which caused the filter to leak Stay away from Blue Compass

Blue Compass Should Fly the Jolly Roger
My wife and I drove to Blue Compass in Park City KS to buy a used fifth wheel It looked fine in photos and the price was reasonable When we arrived they had removed the anode rod from the hot water heater to discourage us from filling the hot water heater and testing it They had also removed the low point plug from the water system likely for the same reason I am an experienced RV person and dealers generally do not do this I asked them to provide the dates of the tires manufacture before we arrived and it turned out the tires were six years old I told them I needed a spare tire to travel to a tire dealer in a nearby town They provide a new wheel and tire as part of the deal They kept offering to inspect the trailer for me for anywhere from an additional 695 to 1 995 when in fact they knew just about everything about this trailer before they sold it to me They also knew that I drove out to Kansas from Pennsylvania and planned to camp in this trailer to drive 1 279 miles home When I inspected the trailer the tires were painted with tire black to look new even though they had told me these were six year old tires Who does that We left park City for a tire shop in Abilene and of course one of the tires exploded damaging the under skirting around the wheel well to the tune of about 1 700 When I went to put on the spare tire I found that the boxos at Blue Compass provided me with a five lug 15 wheel for a six-lug spindle It didn t fit Fortunately I was near a mechanical shop which could put my new tire on the old wheel or I would have been stranded alnga rural Kansas highway When we got to our campsite we learned that the hot water heater did not work Neither the propane nor the electric heater would operate After some investigate I found that 1 the trailer was never de-winterized 2 the hot water heater had been run in electric mode while empty in winterized mode causing the heating element to burn up I de-winterized the unit at the campground and had an RV tech help me replace the electric element and the hot water was back While driving home the brakes were sticking on one side of the RV and not working on the other The GM later said they never check the brakes on vehicles How can a dealer issue a temporary Kansas tag for an 1 100 mile trip home to Pennsylvania and not do a safety inspection for things like tires lights and brakes This trailer was an accident waiting to happen One final note When they mailed me the new title they failed to notarize it I had to overnight the title back to them to have them notarize the transaction and mail it to me a second time This dealership is a mixture of amateurs and fraudsters They want to charge you for everything while not even giving you a safe RV is basic working order to drive home They have a beautiful dealership facility in Park City but don t be fooled by the surroundings They should fly the Jolly Roger on their flagpole because they are more like pirates than an honest RV dealer
