Great Customer experience
My blue light card required to be renewed but unable to use work email for verification I tried to upload photo ID but this was blocked contacted Bluelight customer services and staff member Ant W was great Ant gave me several means of verifying my ID including forwarding my works photo ID to him after which he updated my blue light renewal Response times were great and issue resolved quickly

Difficulties with ID - fixed by Danny

Very Helpful with Complex Problem
I had a complex problem logging in and Anthony at tech support went the extra mile to solve my problem Thank you Anthony I neglected to change my email address to a gmail one and upon retiring I was still registered with my NHS one Without access to my NHS emails I had problems trying to sign in again to renew my card Anthony was extremely helpful and over several helpful emails all replied to very quickly he was able to solve my problem A1 service
