Further to my review Feb 23 Customer services eventually got back to me and resolved the issue with a replacement However I now have another problem with both external door handles If the fingerprint pad is moist through rain or dampness the pad won t read your fingerprint So really what s the point Ok so you can use the phone app if you purchased at extra cost the WiFi bridge Or the keycards Really wish I hadn t bothered as many times due to British weather the key pad has water droplets and won t work Save your money and frustration stick to a key lock until they can sort out the keypad issues that they are AWARE of
