Further to my review Feb 23 Customer services eventually got back to me and resolved the issue with a replacement However I now have another problem with both external door handles If the fingerprint pad is moist through rain or dampness the pad won t read your fingerprint So really what s the point Ok so you can use the phone app if you purchased at extra cost the WiFi bridge Or the keycards Really wish I hadn t bothered as many times due to British weather the key pad has water droplets and won t work Save your money and frustration stick to a key lock until they can sort out the keypad issues that they are AWARE of

Origin Smart failed 3 times

Origin Smart failed 3 times over a period of a few months first installed in August leaving my front door unable to be locked overnight Had another lock installed by a locksmith on the 3rd failure three chances are enough I think it was 1-2 weeks before Blusafe response on the final failure No refund received yet as requested Blame is now on my door and the weather Terrible customer service Small claims court being the next step unless refund received

Faulty item no response for help no response for returns not a good company and I can t say if the product is any good as it dpesnt work you want a reliable lock for your door so don t waste your time

Do not buy from this company

I have an origin smart lock that has been draining batteries faster and faster over the past 6 months I reported it a month ago once I d ruled out it being a battery problem trying the usual premium brands and getting no better life and initially received some helpful suggestions to try I said these hadn t helped chased them a couple of times and was sent the same set of instructions I reminded them I d tried this and have been ignored ever since It s now been 2 weeks since I last heard from them despite 3 email chasers I will now have to waste time going through my credit card company to claim against Bluesafe Solutions under Section 75 This company is not to be trusted

Awful service

Awful service am not sure if this company is operating from a shed or at best garage without anyone working to respond to phone calls or emails We brought two of their products which initially were hard to set up but with some guidance we managed to get them set up and working We have tried emailing phoning at all times of the day and leaving messages They are quite helpful when you first purchase them so they don t get sent back but after that don t bother We have two products that are useless now It might be an easy fix if only they would help

Great padlock

Great padlock feels strong and secure The set up was slightly difficult only to register more fingers the admin finger print was easy to set up Of course this is not an unbreakable lock but it s strong enough for what I needed

Customer services

I only received part of my order which when queried they said they would look into and a month has gone by without an update The lock itself is good but the fingerprint recognition is very glitchy and often doesn t work so I have to use the key fob - this causes problems as we only have 2 UPDATE There was an issue with the inbox so my emails were unanswered due to this I have since heard from their MD and my issues are now being addressed

Had my origin lock for around 18

Had my origin lock for around 18 months with Internet connection The lock is good but for the fact that for us fingerprints just fo not work However the key dongles work absolutely fine as does Bluetooth and Internet unlocking albeit one needs to be patient

Once fitted it was great

Once fitted it was great Fitting however was not so First a list of parts never mentioned again or used a cardboard template with no instructions how to use a part that needs to point opposite to the handle that will constantly want to point down without the spindle fitted which makes it harder to line up the stubs a stub that wouldn t tighten and an instruction to cut the bolts to the door thickness plus 10mm I found to be minus 10mm instead I also would like to have set my own security questions
