i buy is support chat seller abuse want i paid for him repair

i buy is support chat install not working author install and you not see the first message come by user front end so how can use support chat if you not see message coming when i contact seller because i buy is item him say paid for him repaire is too bad seller we not recommanded is chat and seller make very bad for buyer

No Refund

I bought an app from Support Board but it turned out I need to buy another product to make it work then I decided not to use that app I realized I could not use it within an hour after I bought it I asked for a refund but they said that I can t get a refund I mean I never use this app So how is that possible I never get anything from Gumroad and Support Board again

bad support and a lot of bugs

We had a few challenges with integrating our Gsuite account We had several calls with Google and our hosting company and they checked it very deeply They all said the issue is related to the plugin However the developer claimed the opposite and refused to help without payment This is very disappointing We spent more than 30 hours and we decided to stop the integration We have made this decision not only because of the support but also because we had some issues with RTL in the plugin

Refusal to cancel and make a refund

Im changing the review because the seller refuse to make a refund I am unhappy with this tool I just want a refund We won t be using this tool It would have been so easy to resolve with the seller by just canceling and refunding the amount Yet he keeps insisting that the tool is perfect and it s NOT Issues arise all the time and they re not problems we can just overlook because sometimes they occur and sometimes they don t

Worst Customer Service ever

Their support team is rude and their help is nonexistent My company bought this tool and we haven t been able to set it up They are unresponsive via email they are rude on their chat and they told me in order to get support I needed to pay 70 for a half an hour meeting This is ridiculous

Before buying the support board plugin

Before buying the support board plugin I asked technical support if I could use this plugin on one site or several of my sites The support team replied that if all my sites are under the same brand then I can use this plugin on all my sites I installed the plugin myself and configured it myself and it took some time and I wanted to connect this plugin to the second site but I was told that I could not use the same plugin on different sites with the same brand This is simply absurd I say what about the agreements that were made earlier To which I was told that I just need to buy a second license So don t believe what the support board is writing to you all conditions can change in 1 hour Constantly instead of normal help they are forced to buy a developer for 100 for 1 hour

Dissapointed from the experience

Chat plugin has potential to the great one but attitude that it s author has towards clients is horrible Horibble customer service which is aimed to charge you for troubleshooting even though author can t find the issue it s still my fault

It s frustrating when you come across a promising plugin with tons of potential only to find out that the author s customer service leaves a lot to be desired I mean seriously they act like they re doing you a favor just by acknowledging your existence And don t even get me started on their troubleshooting approach it s like they re just itching to slap you with a bill even if they can t figure out what the heck is wrong Like hello Last time I checked it s not my fault your plugin is acting wonky But according to them it s always user error no matter what Ugh talk about a headache

Purchasing the SaaS version of Support Board for 499 was a decision made with high expectations given the promises of flexibility functionality and support Unfortunately my experience has fallen short of these expectations leading me to share my story in hopes of helping others make informed decisions Product Functionality Upon installation I encountered significant issues that prevented the software from functioning as anticipated The primary problem was with account creation a process that became an endless loop without completion Despite following the installation instructions meticulously the problem persisted Support and Communication Seeking resolution I reached out to the support team expecting prompt and helpful assistance The initial advice revolved around basic troubleshooting steps which did not resolve the core issues When further support was requested it became clear that additional fees would be necessary for any meaningful assistance Misunderstanding on Requirements A critical point of contention was the server requirements The product listing specified dedicated server or VPS with minimum optimal resources My existing server setup exceeds these requirements yet I was informed only after encountering problems and consulting with the seller that a separate server dedicated exclusively to Support Board is required a detail not clearly stated at the point of sale Resolution Efforts Efforts to resolve these misunderstandings and technical issues directly with the seller have been met with resistance Proposals made by the seller did not align with the initial investment or expectations set by the product description This has resulted in a product that is currently unusable for its intended purpose and a significant financial outlay that has yet to yield any return There is nothing that compares to this experience in my 25 years in the industry Final Thoughts My experience with Support Board and its team has been deeply frustrating What was anticipated to be a straightforward integration into my operations has turned into a costly and time-consuming ordeal Future buyers should be wary and ensure they have absolute clarity on all technical and support-related requirements before proceeding with their purchase I hope this review helps others make an informed decision and encourages the seller to improve transparency and customer support which was borderline rude
