I asked Boku to cancel a fraudulent purchase My minor son had his phone hacked and I was charged 3 PSN subscriptions by BOKU Although the scam is known I never received a response from Boku They are thieves

Extremely poor If I could give it zero star I would I submitted 2 request forms 27 08 2024 and 03 09 2024 for transaction history attached to my mobile number as there are many 100 fraudulent transactions As of 06 09 2024 I have not heard anything and yet asking me to submit a review I need the fraudulent transaction history to submit my refund request

Some unknown payments adding up to 240 appeared on my phone bill I tried to find out who was responsible and tried to contact BOKU but couldn t find anything out

I ve reached you 4 times for a fraud using my cell phone number and i m still waiting for an answerEdit i ve contacted the merchant they redirected me to you i ve contacted the support client several times with no answer

They will ignore your calls and emails

I have written 4 e-mails after being scammed to attempt to get a refund- it s been nearly a month and ZERO response The phone line is a pre-recorded message that hangs up on you after 30 minutes each time They are literally unreachable Boku if you are going to respond to this do NOT write to me with a copy and pasted generic message like you have with the others on here- actually offer the opportunity to be REFUNDED as you claimed in your automatic email messages Absolutely deplorable customer service

Absolute joke of a company My sons phone got hacked and I got a phone bill of 159 96 4 payments of 39 99 taken out within a minute It s apparently gone to playstation who I ve contacted and have told me it hasn t gone onto my sons account he hasn t played on his playstation in over 10 years I have contacted boku who were very hard to contact however I have had a call today off an absolutely disgusting woman Basically saying I m lying and me or my son made the purchases when I said we don t own a playstation told me my son must be buying for his friend Constantly talking over me telling me scams don t happen and that I have made the payments Absolute rubbish customer service and a joke of a company

My daughter was conned

My daughter was conned into giving someone a pin and they stole 285 from my account in 14 different smaller transactions I advise anyone with kids to make sure they block payments before they too get fleeced
