I placed an order last Monday and have not received an confirmation email This is a Christmas gift my son requested I paid extra to have it shipped within 8 days I also sent an email and have yet to hear back I didn t get a tracking number just an order number and when I enter it into the website it says invalid Why isn t there a customer service number for the so called bonafab Is it even a real company Order number 911580I have yet to receive anything via email provided to you at the time of purchase I have no idea if I m receiving anything or not You should have a customer service number or at least be reachable because I haven t received a reply even at the email provided by you

FAKE SITE SCAM

Ok so to add to my previous review I ve complained to paypal and finally had contact from bonefab Today I received 1 of the 3 hoodies I ordered and it s a COMPLETE FAKE Looks nothing like what the pictures on their website look like I m complaining to paypal and sending it back and cancelling the rest of my order which is still in the processing status after placing my order on the 22nd of june pfff As I ve stated before this is a SCAM SITE DON T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

This is a terrible company Do not purchase from them I made a 232 purchase from them on 11 26 have yet to hear back from them not even a purchase receipt that has nonetheless been dutifully reported by PayPal They have refused to respond to any email I have sent Bonefab I see you have responded to my review asking for my order number This is the first contact that Bonefab has given me since swallowing up nearly 250 of my money I was never given a receipt and therefore have no order number For what it s worth though I seriously doubt it is worth anything whatsoever the order was made on 11 26 for 232 Trustpilot does not permit emails to be posted here

if i could give 0 stars I would I ordered two orders last year for Xmas they didnt arrive until AFTER xmas and to top it off they sent a hoodie that wasnt even ordered BEFORE the order shipped it took weeks for them to reply to an inquiry I noticed they had a hoodie in my order that I didnt order i wrote right away and was ensured that was an error on their end and my two actual hoodies would ship Well what a surprise I only got one correct hoodie and the second hoodie received was the one i was ensured WOULDNT ship I had to go my USPS to pay even more to ship it back This was in JAN In Feb i tried to track the package back to the company it was held in customs waiting on Bonefab to create the customs documents to have it cross the border I wasnt able to do anything This is now JUNE and they STILL are not responding to emails The package is now in lala land becuase when I track it now I only get the message that the package is in transit to a unidentified USPS facility and no clue if I will ever see a refund because after reading these reviews I can only assume this is a fake company

Ordered 2 hoodies No problem charging my card 2 weeks later NOTHING No tracking info no hoodies and no response to my contact us request for info Looks like another capital 1 dispute Where did all the business etiquette go w t f

Ordered 3 hoodies on 22nd June Still haven t received them Tracking says they are still waiting departure from China for 2 weeks I paid with paypal so I m requesting a refund They ve since taken off their site the chat facility Also the email address bounces back as undeliverable 100 dodgy don t waste your time or money SCAM SITE

THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE JUST A SCAM THEIR RETURN POLICY IS SO REDICULOUS THAT IF YOU READ THEIR RETURN PROCESS THEY WANT 100 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BUT YET WHAT COMPANY WANTS PICTURES IN ORDER TO SEND BACK REFUND AND THEY DECIDE IF YOU ARE ABLE TO GET A REFUND WHO DOES THAT AND THAT THE ONLY COMMUNICATION IS THROUGH A EMAIL ADDRESS I SPENT 82 DOLLARS AND THEY ONLY WANT TO GIVE ME 25 AGAIN NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN
