Your Lack Communication Sucks
I ordered the wrong size shirt I sent a few messages to their customer service asking about the exchange policy and never heard anything back I thought ok I ll live with my mistake and buy the correct size I went back to the site several times over the next few weeks to order but my size was out of stock I went online a week ago and it showed my size in stock I placed my order and received an email from the site yesterday that my order was refunded with no explanation I sent another message via their site contact asking why my order was refunded and still have not heard back According to the site my size is in stock so there is no reason to just refund my purchase without explanation I like Dan Bongino but the online store customer service absolutely sucks

The Dan Bongino store site is terrible I have been getting an error message regarding shipping address which is perfectly fine for 3 weeks and cannot place an order because I never get to the credit card entry box I have written to them multiple times but have not received a reply or phone call Surely I am not the only person having this problem so they are losing a lot of potential businss
