it took 1 year and 2 months for my 150 bong to show up i was waiting for it i ended up accepting it wasn t coming but it came super late it was not good quality even don t put in any of ur info on the website

I am writing about a purchase made at bongoutlet ca I purchased a glass bong that I was super excited about The price was on the cheaper side of 50 so I was a big skeptical Just days after I received the item it broke and shattered upon placing it on the counter where it always goes I have never had any bong break at the base like the one did After reaching out to customer service and providing a picture of the broken bong on my kitchen counter I was refused a replacement or refund I have tried to post a review on the site but I suspect that with only 2 positive ratings that these reviews are filtered and or fake Whether the product was of low quality or defective the customer service and policy is very poor and unfair Would give zero stars if possible

They will not replace defective products instead only offering a deal on future purchases

This company is sketchy I ordered 4 pipes and one of them came formed incorrectly so when you sit it down the hole you load is sideways it isn t usable I sent pics and explanation and they are saying they will not replace it as they do not consider it defective They keep sending me a new deal on future purchases I just want what I ordered Their responses are that of a company that is sketchy and they won t answer simple policy questions via their instant message and email I don t feel they are a trustworthy company I dealt with the bongoutlet ca location but have learned that the ca and com are one and the same company

Threatened to leak my credit card info

Ordered this 9mm genie beaker on 12 14 20 showed up all cracked and broken BongOutlet has pre-established guidelines for returns and broken glass that I followed exactly After 12 different photos and talking to several people BongOutlet somehow continually denied the glass being broken in shipping denying me any help and ignoring their own policy I was forced to open a credit card dispute on the purchase because of the broken bong After I open this dispute I get an email from BongOutlet threatening me that they are going to blacklist my name with google and leak out my credit card information BongOutlet acquired during the prior purchase unless I rescinded my credit card dispute Had to change my credit card number due to this companies threats this whole ordeal took 4 months DO NOT SHOP WITH BONGOUTLET

Canadian company which only ships

Canadian company which only ships ground delivery that must pass United States Customs the results are indefinitely delays no tracking system and zero assistance or interest by the U S government or Bong Outlet Item has not be sorted tracked or moved for 18 days and waiting America Buy Local

Shipping is terrible

Shipping is terrible No tracking available just random generic nonsense to make you think it s being shipped properly I highly recommend looking elsewhere It s been two weeks and the customer service is just automated garbage that s not even worth reading
