Absolutely outstanding customer service I ordered a refurbed Amazon Kindle fire and paid 2 to have the item delivered in 1 to 2 days However I emailed them and said I would be happy to pick up the item instead as I needed the device for the weekend An hour later the company rang me and said they would drop off at my house as one of them lived nearby He dropped it off and refunded my 2 postage How lovely is that Kindle fire works great I am really happy thank you
