Don t Waste Your Money Even the Workers Say They Suck
This service sucks and definitely isn t worth any amount of money as it s worthless I bought a sim card kit for a Google Pixel6 and I only used it for 5 days before I went a switched to T-Mobile which actually works When I went to a Boost Mobile store and talked to the person who worked there to try and get it to work he told me that the service wasn t any good and what happened to me is what normally happens if you keep your own phone

The worst type of customer service
The worst type of customer service long waits and a rep who due to a thick Indian accent I couldn t understand at all I m talking early 2000s customer service I spent most of the call asking the rep to repeat herself which was frustrating for both of us My anger isn t directed towards the very polite customer service rep She was doing the best she could My Pennsylvania accent probably wasn t easy for her to understand But yeah no more Boost Mobile for me ever

Two and a half hours on hold with
Two and a half hours on hold with customer service I ve been with them for seven years Totally unacceptable since they were bought out Transferring out despite their offer of unlimited for twenty five a month When I declined the offer they wanted to give a month free My time is worth more than 10 00 an hour Boost will be nonexistent in the near future Total failure

just got sim 3 months of service have now spent hours trying to activate and get a phone number totally incompetent plus processes are terrible - sent in circles on web site to activate when this is instant for every other sim option I ve had Call and chat and still it will be hours and we ll see So much time wasted on this

They suck
We were switching over to Boost and they screwed up my husband s ESIM card putting it into my phone and said they couldn t fix it for 24 hours They made everything such a hassle so we didn t want to do business with them They still charged us for the full month despite us only having their service for less than a full day

Deceptive to sell me an expensive phone
I lost my phone at a Fair then immediately went to boost mobile who told me I didn t have insurance and tried to sell me the 800 Moto edge I went to another location that said the Same thing then put my info in for SMART PAY financing to get the Moto edge Thankfully I waited and someone at the fair turned in my phone When I logged into my Account it was plain as day that I pay for Insurance The Salespeople were being Deceptive so they could make a commission off selling an expensive phone

I bought 1 GB of extra data ever receive it the said I used it which I didn t Boost steal people money plain and simple Now all iPhone users don t have option you have to have the 40 plan Customer service keep you waiting just to tell you they can t help Then have a nerve to send surveys to see how service is What a joke And you can t get phone unlock to go to a new company until you had service for a year but they don t tell you that in the beginning

Terrible service
Terrible service Please do not do business with them I got the physical SIM and iPhone 12 from them I cannot call text or use internet data because they cannot activate my card This has been 3 weeks ongoing problem They sent me 2 new physical SIM cards still won t work and even tried the E-SIM but still won t work

I paid twice in September 2023
I paid twice in September 2023 it clearly shows in my payment history After calling and the customer service department refused to let me talk to a supervisor I finally got to talk to a supervisor after having to get ugly on the phone they refused to acknowledge that I paid twice They basically blamed the TWO payment confirmations on a computer update problem I have been ripped off by a company I ve used for over 15 years They won t apply the extra payment to my account nor will they refund my money I m beyond angry This is NOT the first time hearing of this They are fraudulent
