Stay well away A disgrace
Do not buy from EU sight I had to return something at a high cost When the returned item was to be delivered they didn t answer for it So I m down the cost of the return plus the wrong sized item Stay clear of this disgrace of a company

Never received my item Shocking customer service
Placed an order 2 months ago and never received my items Looks like its been lost in transit Been to all my local post offices to see if its ended up there As there is no proper tracking number the post service cannot even find where it may be Customer service has been SHOCKING Have had 2 very unhelpful replies to my 5 emails Have asked for a refund and now they re ignoring me again Worst shopping experience ever absolutely fuming

DO NOT TRUST
Ordered a pair of trainers from the EU site When they arrived they were in a US size not a UK size NOWHERE on the site did it stipulate or mention that sizes were in US sizing When i complained about this BP updated their website and said it was there all along I have screenshots showing this not to be the case They have also deleted all cached pages Shameful behaviour and an awful service

Horrible customer service mediocre leggings
Horrible customer service mediocre products I purchased a pair of leggings as they advertised flexiblility with movement softness etc Upon reciept I saw that they were stiff rigid with very little flex And definitely not soft In attempting to contact customer service I sent 4 emails and 2 messages on social media per their advertised prompt - NO response Attempted to return for refund and they do not provide refunds- at least for this particular item- and force you to make another choice if you want to spend your credit with them I am an athlete a yoga teacher and generally highly active person I know what good leggings feel like and what good performance is- def not these Ugg Never again Save your money and go with what ya know

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUYER BEWARE
i purchased a pair of pants Couldn t even get them over my hips filled out the return on Friday at 4pm my question was why if i take a return credit instead of a store credit they are deducting an additional 8 27 the auto response said they would get back within 48 hours its now Wednesday and have yet to hear anything Buyer be ware update finally got an answer two days ago they use a third party return company and yes they had a calculation error they owe me 77 cause they supply a label for return and deduct 7 50 so when you buy understand you lose 15 00 on your return wont ever buy again from them terrible customer service

SA Branch WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
South African branch is absolutely unprofessional Sunelle was extremely disrespectful towards me over the phone when she sent me the wrong item She then blamed me for staining the hoodie when I made a point to carefully handle it when returning I have heard of a similar experience from someone I know She gives this company a bad image
