Expensive small bottles

The define gel I like the way my curls look but when it dries it have white flakes all over my hair and i don t like that cuz it makes my hair look like it s dirty That s my first week so Next time I ll Apply the gel without the curly cream to see if that help

Good customer service

As much as I think this product is good I had no idea when I bought it that you had to leave your hair to dry naturally I don t have that sort of time in my life I tried drying it with a hair dryer with a diffuser and I just looked like a mop head

The products smell lovely

After I ordered there was a delay with the shipping and I was kept up to date with all the developments I was really impressed with the communication Sadly the product is not for me though I have wavy hair and want to style it curly but it does not work for me

Not for me

The products smell lovely The cleanser takes some getting use to with not having a lather Not sure about the products that you leave in your hair as my hair looks a bit wet looking even when dry Perhaps I just need to get use to it

Mixed feelings

I have used or have had Boucleme used on me a couple of years ago at a curly salon and the results were fab I was looking to change my current products and thought of Boucleme going by my previous experience sadly I have to say unless am doing something wrong at home but I feel the products leave my hair pretty dry and the gel hardly has any hold To add it I forgot all about the smell what is up with that That needs to change My 11 year thought we had an air freshener in the car although she couldnt see one Needless to say I am sad that I splashed out and bought the bundle will definitely not be buying Boucleme again in a rush

Not a fan of the smell

Good price on the bundle impressively fast delivery abroad The shampoo is really good and the conditioner gives amazing slip However the products have a smell i don t really agree with and I struggle with volume and hold unfortunately Hoped for more and better results

Boucl me sent me two 100ml bottles

The smell of this range is similar to that of head lice treatment ie strong tea tree oil maybe Although the results were ok in my opinion weren t worth the money paid for and I seem to get similar or better results with much cheaper and nicer smelling products Also needs A LOT of conditioner to get any slip on my hair as the shampoo seems to dry it out

I think the Boucleme products are lovely but very expensive

Boucl me sent me two 100ml bottles instead of the two 300ml bottles I paid for These 100ml bottles are just so small They re travel size And exactly 200ml smaller than I ordered Boucl me does not have a contact number for me to phone them about this Instead I have to wait 2 days minimum for them to return my email It will take me less time to call my bank and have them get the money back I more than likely won t be ordering again from Boucl me being that this is my first order experience You should have a contact number for your customers Edit They did email me after I submitted this

The white pillow case

I think the Boucleme products are lovelyand I usually buy the litre bottles However they are now just too pricey and I have found an alternative product which is in bar form that I feel is just as gentle and nourishing and makes my curls equally soft I will continue to buy small bottles ofBoucleme gel to create a cast but sadly feel it is no longer affordable to buy conditioner shampoo or curl cream

For my it s not the perfect one

The pillow case arrived quickly and in lovely packaging I ordered white but I feel it is more of a cream colour I have used it just less than a week I have not noticed my hair to be less bed head my skin may look a little less creased in the morning I have yet to wash it
