Poor customer service

It seems normal for the customer service to not received the products after 22 days Really poor accompaniment If you have a problem maybe you will receive a standard answer in the same week you asked for Good luck to resolving the issues with them or maybe you will in couple of months

Unhelpful

Needed to change an address as there was an error I sent an email they didn t reply in time to stop delivery or help and then when they did reply I was advised they couldn t do anything to help Totally wasted my time and money - very unhelpful and left disappointed- wished they d have gone out of their way to try Would ve been a different review This didn t make it back to you and so I had to collect from the address when it arrived it was also broken just not meant to be

Yodel delivery failure

This isn t a criticism of Boucleme but your delivery company Yodel My parcel arrived and was left in the safe place as agreed however the safe place was not secure at the time of delivery the main door to the flat was left open due to work going on in one of the flats The courier left the parcel rather than take it back leave with a neighbour and it was subsequently stolen as a result of the door being wide open So sadly I can t review the products as I never received them

Product does not work

Product does not work customer services have not responded to my emails Boucl me state they offer a 30 money back promise This has not been fulfilled When I made a complaint about a separate issue this was not responded to Very unimpressed Expensive product that doesn t work Shield and Seal Also website states that a free gift is included when a certain amount has been spent I spent more than the required amount - no free gift was included Received a very curt and frankly snotty response from customer services when I raised this

I was excited to receive the cleanser

I was excited to receive the cleanser and curl cream However the curl cream has a very strong throat irritating smell They must be an ingredient in there that makes trigger a throat irritation I would like to return the product please for a full refund I must add that some people may not have the same outcome so I would suggest to get a sample first I threw the packaging and return receipt away because I wasn t expecting to have that reaction Could you please contact me on how to proceed

Little white lumps in shampoo

Little white lumps appeared in the shampoo Contacted customer service and was told it was solidified coconut oil and I should rub it between my hands to smooth it out Tried to but the liquid is so thin it just dripped into the shower tray and didn t incorporate at all The shampoo now just clings to my hair and it look like I haven t washed it for a VERY long time GROSS Customer service simply rubbish and have no idea how to manage complaints - when a product fails it needs to be put right

Weak Company

Weak I ordered 2 silk pillowcases at different times they cost 40 each and they don t match they are different sizes I ve emailed their customer service team who were less then helpful offering a refund on the second pillowcase however they no longer stock the first so I m left unable to have a matching pair having spent 80 They were not apologetic nor understanding I also bought some very small expensive products and I can confirm there are definitely better natural curly girl products out there Check out only curls for a much nicer company product and customer service No I ve got no affiliation with OC I just know how expensive ones curly girl journey can be - don t waste money on this company

Awful greasy result for 3A hair

Bought this from Boots hoping it would be great for my 3A curly hair however have done two washes and my hair feels constantly damp and greasy and hangs limp and disgusting Really disappointed as this was way more expensive than any shampoo or conditioner I ve ever bought before

Product gave me a bad reaction

Edit 15th November still chasing my refund - opened a dispute with paypal boucleme said they couldn t do refund while dispute case open - closed the case and still haven t refunded they have until today and then i will let PP get my money back Product gave me a bad reaction having to return - sent info 3 emails to return product under guarantee and provide shipping note - still had no reply I hope to get a response within this week for my money back

Ordered products and received less than

Ordered products and received less than half of what I purchased What was missing was over 80 worth of hair care products I ve tried reaching out to get my items and have not heard back I think it s strange that the only way to contact this company with issues is thru email A phone number would be helpful It screams scam company and regret buying anything from them
