I am sensitive to smells and sadly the smell of this product is so noxious I can t even use it long enough to know if it helps my hair Its so strong it s keeping me awake I just hate it and will be returning it ASAP I also didn t like the packaging Packing peanuts don t seem eco to me I hope the ones they use are biodegradable or the eco packaging statement is a lie

Product was not right for my hair am very used to curly girl method no-poo shampoo and co-washing but this product range wasn t for me Left my hair feeling crispy and frizzy Customer service when returning was really great though

Really disappointed my hair is still dry and curls are as they were before using this product I m assuming maybe I need the kit for coils but my hair isn t a coil it s a curl so went with what the website advised It s a lot of money to buy the kit again to try

Disappointed with curl cleanser and the conditioner Cleanser was too heavy for my hair and conditioner didn t really help Hair felt very greasy and heavy Had to use a very large amount of cleanser to try to make my curls feel cleansed Curl gel better but other makes outperform Boucleme Over rated and expensive

Hair cleanser and conditioner are not great Cleaner leaves my hair heavy and it becomes very oily quickly Indeed after washing it doesn t look as if it has been washed at all Co-washing with a cheap conditioner is much more effective Undecided re the curl cream and gel Won t be buying again Will be going back to my previous products which were about a quarter of the price

I received my first order today and as I haven t used the products yet I can t comment on their effectiveness However in terms of the packaging every bottle in the box delivered is covered in dust and dirt I d completely understand if it was only one bottle but all six are dirty and one bottle was delivered with the lid open causing some of the product to spill inside I know this has no impact on the product itself but a gentle wipe clean before packing would make a huge difference for first impressions Makes me wonder what conditions the products are stored in the warehouse

The service was great The product was unsuitable for my hair despite it being for all hair types My hair is low porosity and easily weighed down No matter how I use this it leaves my hair looking greasy I m going back to my 8 leave in that did the job better than this I rarely buy a high end product and doubt u will bother again

Jury still out Resorted to washing my hair with regular shampoo after using products for 2 weeks as hair and scalp felt dirty Smell lovely and like conditioning element and curl gel

I have tried and am still using the 30 Days to Curls Kit therefore have the curl cream gel conditioner and both cleansers Even though I have used the cleanser for several weeks my head and hair did not accustom to the cleanser and my hair was constantly oily I also do not see any improvement in using the conditioner compared to other conditioners of cheaper brands The same holds for the gel and curl cream But the point that bothers me personally most is the smell - it is particular and not everybody will like it All in all the products do the job but the result does not justify the price

I decided to order directly from Boucleme instead of going into Boots as I have done in the past I thought it would be good to support the company directly as I like their background and ethos and I d also have a wider range of products to choose from I got a dispatch notice almost immediately and then a promised delivery date from the courier Yodel that Boucleme uses I ll cut a long story short but I eventually got my package nearly 2 weeks later after an hour s drive each way plus a 40 minutes wait outside an isolated industrial site in the rain and the dark where as a lone female I did not feel completely safe Although this courier company needs a separate review it s all part of the overall customer experience and mine was pretty negative The products are wonderful and my hair has never looked better but I feel it s an insult to customers to charge for delivery and then use such a shoddy courier I won t order from directly from Boucleme again
