Inflames my sensitive scalp

Sadly the shampoo and conditioner have inflamed my scalp psoriasis which has been almost gone and not itchy for a long time I have just bought 5 bottles of the stuff in an offer and am now stuck with it I do like the curl cream and gel though - they make my curls soft and curly but I m using them with my normal bar shampoo

Lovely stuff but still unsure

I really love the smell and the packaging and have noticed my hair seems a but wavier curlier I have naturally oily hair and these products seem to speed that process up It could just be the way I m using them Also I d love it if there was a little booklet or qr code for hints and tips on how to use the products correctly As the instructions all seem the same and I feel like I m doing it wrong

Great product but unable to order

The product is great but I cannot order anymore because of a pop up on their website asking if I want to change the shipping address-I press shop now it disappears then pops up again a second later -it s impossible to order I have tried the option of changing address but it then freezes the page at Afghanistan I had to turn my phone off to get rid of it- so frustrating

Nice products but IT problems let them down

I ordered the 30 days to waves kit but never received the promised weekly emails with hints and tips Overall a disappointing experience which is a shame as the products seem nice but the extra selling point of support and advice didn t really materialise for me When I emailed customer services they never replied I did get replies via Instagram but that is not my preferred way of messaging If you order a kit and don t get an email the first week please chase it up sooner rather than later I m not sure why I didn t get the emails maybe some sort of glitch in the system

It smells amazing but

It smells amazing but im not convinced it agrees with my hair the volume it great but the curl definition and frizz was disappointing maybe im not using it right but i followed the bottle instructions i have 2c 3a waves curls and its tough to cope with i thought boucleme would be the answer but maybe i am doing something wrong

Good mask but poor packaging

Silk sleep mask- nice product fits my head well small female But product sent in huge box with lots of plastic filling - not necessary Please improve how you package and post products

Jury s out on Seal and Shield

I was really excited to hear about the new Seal and Shield range as I love all my Boucleme products but my jury s out on the new products I really find the smell off-putting -it s too strong and sickly for me The products are ok but so far I ve had more problems with frizz than with the ordinary Boucleme products I will persevere as I hope it s just a case of adjusting the amounts and combination of products

Poor customer service

Poor customer service I received a terse email in response to a complaint I responded to the email and a number of days later haven t received an apology or an attempt to make reparation
