Great communication from BoxhubBuying containers is tricky but Boxhub made the process very transparent and risk free with their money back policy and warranties in case something doesn t work out My trucker was very professional and dropped off the containers perfectly Definitely would recommend

I was pretty skeptical

I have to admit I was pretty skeptical at first I was worried that it was a scam I worked with Jair and he was pretty diligent about getting things taken care of for us We made the payment and even after I made the payment I was a little worried that my box would never show up Then I got a call from Randy Randy is the guy that delivered our box and he is an absolute gem Randy took the time to make sure the box was exactly where we wanted it and my kids absolutely loved the guy On a scale of 1-5 our box is about a 3 but it is perfect for what we need

Sale process was quick and easy Containers were delivered the next week with no issue We will need more containers in the future and will be doing business with boxhub again

I couldn t be happier start to finish Very pleasant experience professional all the way I wish I had been there when the driver delivered I would have given him a tip His service and his ability to do exactly what I asked for was completely superior in every way I don t know if it s possible but if somehow I could get a tip to the driver I would love to do that Over the next year I will have more uses for more containers box hub will be who I come to Thank you

Ordering the container went smoothly with the help provided by phone support Delivery was on time and the driver was great Our placement needed some extra effort to get the container in but the driver came through and got it in place

The entire process from start to finish was easy and quick I spoke with a very friendly representstive Christopher who was very helpful as well Our delivery was very quick and punctual Our delivery driver Chris was very nice patient and knowledgeable
