It s ok gave me a few ideas but I don t want to subscribe and you can t cancel until trial period is over i always forget and end up paying more didn t realise or wouldn t have to clicked on it

Be aware that the 7 day access results in a full subscription unless cancelled

I paid for a test not realising that this was attached to a subscription The company state this is clearly laid out during the payment process but I missed it so it isn t clear enough I cancelled on day 8 as soon as I realised the error and asked for access to be rescinded and a refund given I have not used the service in between paying and cancelling I fully accept that it was my error for missing the clause but had expected the customer services to handle this better The test itself seems OK and was reasonably accurate Update they have now refunded me so I have amended the review to 3 stars
