The truth is the even one star is too many Brandy Melville has been HORRIFIC to deal with for nearly 6 weeks now - from prior to Christmas and now trying to follow up to complete and sort through an order that they totally screwed up Their customer service is non-existent They have not answered their phone in weeks The have disabled their online chat function and they barely respond to emails How convenient that they charged god knows how many customers like me and either failed to properly ship the orders or omitted items therefrom And now what recourse is there but to chastise them in multiple repeated emails and with horribly negative online reviews I will NEVER again spend a penny on their trash instead opting for any one of their competitors What a pathetic excuse for a retailer this is you can t go out of business soon enough - please do us all that simple favor

i ordered 4 pair of sweat pants
i ordered 4 pair of sweat pants 2 of the lighter color ones were marked with red marker i could not get this company to help me they said i could not return items since i tried to get the red marks off in the wash bad customer service

Can it get any worse I m not sure what is going on at HQ but customer service is horrible This company has a fancy store front experience with a crappy back end I hope you pull it together so I don t have to advice my daughter to seek elsewhere for clothing

The customer service was terrible Didn t return 2 emails nor texts back for a damaged piece of clothing I will not be wasting my time with them again or be shopping there Terrible customer service it defidently set an example for what I don t want to ever see again

Unbelievable I have a similar story to the other reviews Ordered on 12 11 Website stated delivery by 12 24 If it hadn t said that I wouldn t have ordered Now they say it won t arrive for Christmas Both my daughters main Christmas presents Almost 500 spent and they ask if I want to cancel I can t even believe this moronic company Incapable of shipping an order in TWO WEEKS They are taking zero responsibility saying it wasn t guaranteed I mean the website said it would be delivered by 12 24 but I guess we didn t pinky swear What the hell Thanks for ruining Christmas Brandy EFFING MELVILLE

Brandy Melville s clothing is cute and affordable but their company as a whole is not something I want to support I have ordered 20 packages within the last 3 years and delivery is slow every time I have received items that are apparently never worn with stains all over them I m seriously convinced their warehouse is dirty or their employees are wearing the clothing before sending it out I love their basics but sadly with recent information coming forward about the racism anti-semitism and abuse towards minors I will never give this company another dime Brandy Melville you should be ashamed of yourself I seriously suggest buying Brandy clothing secondhand from now on The CEO and higher-ups are disgusting people

Wont answer customer calls chats or email
Ordered December 10 2019 They created an UPS label but never delivered my items to UPS to be shipped So I have a tracking number that is useless They won t answer their phones chat or email Very unprofessional and cowardly Theyve had ample time to fulfill my order If they couldn t fulfill it I would have appreciated the option to shop elsewhere Very disrespectful to their paying customers
