A dreadful hospitality experience

I was given 5 x 400 hospitality packages as a present What an experience We were put in the wrong lounge We paid for drinks which should have been complimentary One of our seats was sold to someone elseWorse though was the deplorable and patronising attitude of the Brentford staff to sort out the mess they created They tried to blame me for being in the wrong lounge and didn t seem to think not having a seat was an issue- well you can still see the game can t you Utterly shameful A particular commendation to Sinead
