Failed Implant

I had to have an Implant removed in Dec 2019 after it failed to stay firmly in It was removed in under a year After many trips from London this was very very disappointing It was admitted wrong size implant was used No consolation to me

Drove 20 miles for the earliest appointment waited an hour from my allocated appointment time then to be told they have no internet so cannot remove my tooth Next available appointment a week later Already waited two weeks for this appointment Had to go private and pay an extortionate price to have the work done in 20 minutes

No response to calls or emails

Used to be amazing but neither hove or Brighton offices respond to emails or calls any longer Only way to book is by going into the office which is not convenient
