I collected my new glasses on Friday the 28th 10 22I could not believe how good my vision was as I sat and looked around the shop I wear a varifocal lens and at another local optical I have always opted for the middle option The quality of the lenses and glasses are amazing They also were ready to pick up in just nine days Fantastic service Thank you

Brillen Steiner Varifocals

Replaced my good Brillen varifocals with the new Brillen Steiner varifocal lenses - immediate upgrade in my field of vision and perceived clarity with so much more appearing in focus at once a fantastic improvement Not cheap but definitely worth the extra cost if you can afford it Store experience in Horley was first rate I was carefully guided through the remote online eye test and purchasing process - thanks Steve Give the Steiner lenses a try and I hope like me you wont regret it

A great experience and great glasses

I was nervous about Brillen having only seen the ads on social media but I had no reason to be I am so pleased with my new glasses and the whole eye test experience at my local store Steve at the shop explained everything about the eye test and the test itself felt very thorough I was shown a huge selection of frames to choose from Overall i am very satisfied

Fast Efficient and Friendly

Great service from Steve I broke my frames and Steve replaced from off the shelf stock instead of sending them back to base for a warranty fix Fantastic as I needed the glasses for work etc and really appreciated the fast and efficient service with a smile

I tried Brillen opticians in Horley

I tried Brillen opticians in Horley surrey as opposed to the main line branded high street opticians and I found the whole experience very smooth and easy to navigate Steve in the horley branch was very approachable and accommodating helping me choose frames and guiding me through the process which included a virtual eye examination which actually worked very well and professional Once I choose my glasses I was given a lead time of two weeks for my glasses to be made and shipped to the UK They actually arrived early and Steve was extremely accommodating working around my schedule so that i could collect my glasses before o started work in LondonVery happy positive experience Thank you Steve and team Brillen
