Ich habe sehr oft dort ETH gekauft Pl tlich wollten die weitere Unterlagen Account war schon vollst ndig verifiziert Nach 10 Tagen sporatischen Email konnten Sie mir meine ETH nicht senden Dann wollte ich das Geld zur ck bezahlt haben laut support dauert das 24 Stunden Nun warte ich 3 Tage und laut dem live Chat gibt es ein technisches Problem Einfach sehr sehr schlecht Finger weg von diesem Anbieter English I have bought ETH there very often Suddenly they requested additional documents even though my account was already fully verified After 10 days of sporadic email communication they couldn t send me my ETH Then I requested a refund and according to support it should take 24 hours Now I ve been waiting for 3 days and according to the live chat there is a technical problem Just very very bad Stay away from this provider UPDATE My refund are still not in my bankaccount

There was no where it was indicated what and how to do and what was needed when I registered but after I paid for the transfer and wrote to support it turns out that verification and other registration is needed I sent request for a refund result the money was not returned the account was blocked by the service 0 10

I can t go into details as these are missing The money I should have received on Wednesday Mai 7 or 8 never was not yet received

Your verification security and how reliable you are it was my first time to use the service but everything went well in a shot period
