BTCBIT is used to be my favorite and trusted site with great support always Since they changed payment methods it s all falling to pieces being rejected through all payment options resulting glitches and rapidly cancellation of orders wasting time It has simply turned into a nightmare resulting me to consider other options unfortunately Jens Denmark

I don t like what has happened to me

I don t like what has happened to me with this company as they take advantage of me and it s really unfair They try to make me invest with their firm and after investing i tried to make some withdrawal and that s when i started having issues with them They ll not response to my emails they re not real and not reliable After a while my friend introduced me to In ome Champi n and it was just a life changer as my experience with then has been so great and i have been making good rewards

I made a transaction to a wrong IBAN

I made a transaction to a wrong IBAN and now they want 6000 fee On the grounds that they have to get it back whereby this IBAN does not even exist The money is returned automatically or the order cannot be cancelled

Fees are craizy

everything was going well even though it took longer than expected as my bank wouldnt let me transfer the money As you have to download anydesk to let the company help you which i was happy to do but then Pierre the guy who was helping me once he got into my online banking i agreed to do a transaction of 250 and he tried to change it to 300 even though i told him no he carried on doing it then tried to change it back because i turned screen off after that i sent and email saying i wasnt happy and didnt want to continue he said the reason he did that was because banks charge 10 commission which he never explained to me then he said hes wasted enough time on me and doesant want to work with me any more so for me i feel the trust has gone now

The BTCBIT verification process requires tha any image of a document be greater than 1 MB in size But this is next to impossible to achieve Photos taken by a smartphone or commercial scans usually yield files no greater than 300-400 kb

Difficulties to have my invoice accepted You were asking me a six months statement and as in the bank where my money was I had only a technical current account with only statements when transactions were made only in december and january the dialogue was very difficult I had to go personnaly to the bank to have a paper signed by the banker to certify the trueness of my operation

At least they processed transaction

If you open transaction on saturday sunday and your transactions will be paused to manual review - you will get your crypto on monday but with exchange rate on time of opening transation 1 star for at least processing transaction1 star for normal comission-2 stars for fixing exchange rate on date of creating transaction even if it will be hold for manual review for 2 days
