Very pleased with the buildings survey

I was very pleased with the buildings survey John did on the property we were going to buy Unfortunately we didn t end up buying the house in the end due to what was brought up in the survey and vendors not willing to renegotiate I suppose thats what you pay your money for in a survey anyway John went above and beyond to answer questions in his own time after the survey report had been done I honestly couldn t have asked for better

I went to a price comparison site to look for quotes and this was one of the ones that came up Within a few hours I d received a phone call from them asking what I was after letting me know their prices and what it would entail They also sent me a sample report that I could review to get an idea of how their report would be I gave them the details of the property and inside a week they d been done a full survey and provided me with the report I then had a phone call to go through it with them and have any questions answered Would use again without a hesitation
