I recently ordered a 50 lb box of 464

Unsatisfied customer bad batch of waxI recently ordered a 45 lb box of 464 wax It arrived with so much moisture in the box Upon calling learning they will not reimburse shipping cost on returns I can return as unwanted wax I ask why this was not corrected by quality control who did not stop the wax from shipping out with this type of moisture Order at your own risk but I will never order wax from them again I have been a long-standing customer of there s for 8 years

Terrible Fragrance

My normal fragrance oil supplier has been out of Leather fragrance oil for some time Needing the oil I gave Candle Science a try Their description of their Leather oil sounded really good I would have read more reviews I received the fragrance oil and it had no leather smell at all It smelled like cooking oil I received two other fragrances that at least resembled the odor of what I requested but the Leather was terrible ACB Order R758054192 Send me a return location and I ll send it back on my dime so you can see or smell rather what you sent me

I order from CandleScience frequently and they are fantastic--very quick shipping excellent response to email my preferred way of contacting people and competitive pricing I m not sure why some have left 3 or 4 star reviews based on issues that cannot be controlled by the company like when fragrance oil will be available--we are in a PANDEMIC and the entire supply chain is messed up I can t rave about CandleScience enough--they are just a great company to work with
