Great service only complaint is received quote and then was charged a different price when told to purchase product on line even though quote still had a valid date on it they would not honour the quote A little bit pushy in requesting me to leave a review as well

Jennifer Smith was very patient with all my questions and helpful in resolving my problem which required a replacement motherboard The price seemed reasonable too The only reason I have rated 4 stars and not 5 is that the delivery was a little slower than I would have liked

The hard drives that we received from this company seemed to be of good quality and were quick to arrive We had no problems or issues at all Staff are plenty and very responsive and keen to help We received brilliant customer service and advice I really like the chat function on their website We got quite a lot of sales calls following the order but once asked to stop did so immediately Jennifer Smith was very helpful and friendly Would definitely recommend for excellent customer service
