Recently deleted this so that my issues could get resolved Little did I know they did not In fact I received an email beforehand saying that they had been nothing but sweet to me and I have to be patient Well the company and I have been patient enough I bought a printer for the company I work for Upon arrival I found the product had a few scratch marks I queried this and said to them that as the quality is not satisfactory therefore we would like a refund They persisted in telling me that transit must have caused this and they cannot refund me As the box was quite poorly constructed and NOT in its original packaging they had either provided a second hand printer or removed it from its original box Deeming it no longer BRAND NEW The issue we have is that there is no proof of this so the compromise was a replacement After telling me on 3 occasions it was due to arrive they finally stated that they were not sending a new one out due to the damage on the printer Which is why we were returning it Furthermore they have now informed us it is the wrong printer Which is not possible since we are a very small office and only had this printer to use so if they have sent the wrong printer prior to this it is still their fault I wrote a letter to them to indicate every specific detail and they emailed back the same issues in brief you have sent the wrong printer After a month of back and forth emails nothing has been resolved We have now reported them to the bank

Ordered a printer 1 and a half months ago it never arrived Contacted the company via email they said it would arrive on monday Fast forward a month and on webchat when an order number was given they instantaneously responded with it will arrive next monday I asked them to cancel they refused When I told them I intended to dispute the charge on the card they actually went and checked and said actually they would contact their suppliers on monday and to bear with them They then told me to relax and to not dispute the charge UPDATE After posting this the company has now issued a full refund UPDATE 24 05 2021After 6-7 miss calls within 2 days and some calls within seconds of each other they called again today fairly insistently asking me to remove this comment

Ordered item Several days later told it failed testing Offered more expensive item But justified as it s refurbished Ok but you don t make it clear the one I ordered was used Maybe most people expect it I expect a clear description of what I m buying Meanwhile the item I originally ordered is still available to order Feels like your just trying to get more money Beware Months after I keep getting emails from these lot despite not being on a mail list and asking them to not email me

I received my parcel one week late and had to pay DP to have it delivered When I did receive my parcel from Bulk Devices BD I was not pleased as the first thing I noticed was that the Cisco business phone was dirty and in poor condition They could not even bother to sanitise it considering the current climate of Covid-19 Also I was not told that a power supply would not be included I spoke to Ann BD who told me that she would get back to me and a week later I m still waiting I will not be using their service again however I wish them the best of luck

We contacted Bulk for a replacement PC expecting them to send a fully working PC especially for the price When it arrived we got a shell with no graphics card and no hard drives We contacted them to see if there was a mistake and they wanted to charge us more for the missing parts

Avoid at all cost this company took an order from me for a PC power supply it was advertised as being in stock available for next day delivery when it failed to arrive I contacted them for a update and made them aware the power supply was urgently required for a business computer what followed was nothing short of disgraceful they claimed it was being dispatched from their overseas distribution center when in truth they were trying to source the power supply to fulfill the order which they failed to do don t believe their in stock claims and claims of overseas distribution Wearhouse this company cost me a fortune in loss of production disgraceful shambolic business practice
