I recently visited this companies website to look into stocking some server parts which are becoming hard to resources Lisa Taylor came onto an online chat and offered instant assistance On providing the details of my server Lisa was able to provide me with all the information that I needed to ensure i had the correct items Lisa also provided tracking details the next day and then followed up with a courtesy call to confirm the parts had been received It was a refreshing change to engage with someone who made my customer journey a breeze A

Rare spare parts which are difficult to find

Ordered an ADF assembly for my personal MFP which out of sales for quite a while Though the initial order was quickly submitted and paid online the part was not available in the UK Anna Jones was really helpful finding the part worldwide and was so kind updating me regularly on the progress I ve received the part today after about two weeks of waiting which is totally ok considering alternatives either buying a new MFP or not being able to scan at all

Professional help - even with a specialist problem

I needed to source replacement HDDs for a c 2009 Dell server running RAID 1 The team was very helpful and sent me two reconditioned drives We hit a snag and I had to return them but they found me replacements no questions asked Throughout the entire process they were very professional and patient and I must commend Sarah Jones in particular for helping me through the process
