I had a very negative experience

I had a very negative experience with this company after placing a large order I paid for shipping to avoid USPS After learning a portion of my order was shipping USPS and the other FedEx I was told the shipper picked up already REALLY When USPS was closed on Jan 2nd They lied Now my package is still undelivered due to continuous lies from USPS They had more than enough time to deliver via any other carrier than USPS I will not be doing further business with them

Don t be fooled by low prices -- bad company

First order was out of stock and cancelled even though it was still listed on the website along with smaller sizes which they could have combined to fill my order Second order was for sucralose It dissolved into a brown liquid I have used pure sucralose for years -- it should dissolve clear Later when I re-opened the packet the white powder had turned into a dark brown goo I wrote them about their contaminated product asking for a pure replacement they ignored me Bad company

If I could give a lower rating

If I could give a lower rating I would We bought their aspartame as we can no longer find Equal Measure Not only did the aspartame not dissolve it formed clumps in the water that even an immolator couldn t get of and it had a bad chemical taste When I reached out to customer service they offered a refund minus shipping if I returned the product at my own expense and even then they said they were only doing it as a one-time courtesy I will never do business with them again

Won t make it right for their Customers

BulkSupplements is good only while things go well once something is not perfect they won t make things right for their clients It has been more than 3 weeks since my order was supposedly delivered but it wasn t I have proof on video and all they ve been doing is making excuse after excuse instead of making things right In a world where there are many companies selling the same kind of products I d recommend you to buy somewhere else

N-Acetyl L-Cysteine NACThis product was marketed as the must-have new supplement I ve ordered a lot from them and I ve enjoyed a lot of stuff I bought this literally smelled like rotten eggs and stunk up my entire house there s absolutely no way I could ingest this the way it smells I m sure I would smell the same way if not burped it would smell like complete death

Deceptive Product Description

I ordered over 10 items including Spinach extract which was noted on the website as having only one ingredient - spinach extract The product package label also noted that it included Dextrin as carrier agent I emailed to inquire and request a replacement to what was listed on their website Dextrin free or refund for that product and was told NO because more than 30 days had passed since the order Yes it indeed had but that should not supersede incorrect product advertising Will never order from BulkSupplements com again

worst customer service

This was the 3rd order of the same product and the quality has been significantly lower this time Customer Service is not responding Within 6 weeks we ve sent 2 emails and left 2 messages We have not heard from them so far They ve lost us as customers and we will be ordering somewhere else

Powders DO NOT Dissolve

Company sells expired products and would not even replace They advertise as powder supplements that dissolve but they do not After contacting customer service they said they only slightly dissolve and would not help further Beware Reviews on their site are fake Check out their Facebook page for honest reviews

Ordered L-Lysine HCI and everything was crumpled up in the bag and when I contacted the customer service the made it sound like I was trying to cheat them to get something for free There are many more companies that make even better products and about the same price as these people Even much better packaging Do your research and do not rely on bulk supplements website reviews many five stars reviews on their own website of course Never again ordering anything from this people
