Worst Customer service ever endured
RED FLAG They offer email and text ONLY No direct phone numberZERO CUSTOMER SERVICEI ordered from them about 10 weeks ago I found out through Canadapost that the package was flagged at the Canadian Border and that it was a lengthy process I was advised to contact the merchant as they were the only ones that had the power to contact the CBSA to potentially speed things up I emailed them countless times over the last many weeks asking questions and for help I wasn t ignorant or rude either yet they still ignored me I was advised in writing by the CBSA that there were issues with an ingredient and it was deemed not admissible in Canada Do they do this on purpose so that it gets rejected at the border and then u have to fight to get your money back or hopefully you just forget Who knows So now I am in the process of doing just that as they refuse to answer my emails or texts DON T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UPDATE I disputed it through PayPal and they had 10 days to respond to them NO RESPONSE NOT surprised They knew there was nothing they could do so instead of responding in a timely fashion to refund me they just let the full 10 days elapse without a care in the world Had they have done something anything I certainly would have changed my 1 star review but to the bitter end they did nothing aside from taking payment weeks ago Shameful disgraceful I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ALSO KNOWN AS CREATE-AESTHETICS B V

Poor responsiveness items did not arrive
Poor responsiveness unwilling to helpIf I could give them zero stars I would just for their unresponsive behaviour and unwillingness to do anything for their paying Customers Do not bite the hand that feeds you As u can see word of mouth travels faster than anything My mistake for not digging deeper before ordering You live and u learn I suppose I m located in Canada and ordered their product May 28 based on a 5-10 day receiving date After consistently contacting them numerous times to ask on the status of my order they finally responded 1 time stating that it wasn t uncommon to get stuck at the CSBA Canada Border Services for weeks and that I needed to contact the USPS Perhaps they need to tell us this before stating it will arrive within 5-10 business days To make a long story even longer I couldn t get it in contact with anyone through USPS being a Canadian buyer so I contacted the CBSA for them to tell me that it was up to the Seller to create a ticket with USPS and enquire as to the whereabouts of THEIR package Smh I contacted them to politely ask them to create a ticket and I still haven t heard anything back My package is still not here and it has been almost 2 months I understand that they don t have any control over what happens at the border but the least they can do is follow up with trying to help out in order to speed things up at the border Doesn t it make sense to take care of the ones that help u to exist They just don t care Once they get your money ur on your own What a sad way to run a business so my advice to anyone else having a problem Find any platform to spread the word on your experience with this company

RIPPED OFF
RIPPED OFF Tried to stop my order before it shipped they didn t get back to me for a couple days and said it was too late I then asked if I could return it they said yes if unopened which i didn t even take it out of package Returned per their instructions and never received a refund nor will they respond to me Crooks

Shipping- Made an order Sept 29 2023 I order over 100 00 worth of stuff to get free shipping 3-4 business days Order was picked the same day but was not picked up until Oct 2 2023 Now my expected delivery is Oct 6 2023 Thats over a week and unacceptable False advertising on the shipping part Will not order again Update 10 7 23 I did receive my order Oct 5 2023 not the expected date Oct 6 2023 When I ordered before a certain time it said will ship the same day on the site It took over 3 days When I got my order it did not come with the Tren twin Stringer that showed online I received a free stringer but it had Huge Supplement not the Tren Twins LOGO I m mad because this company lies about shipping false advertisement clumpy powder and buying reviews Now here it the big problem I complained and got a direct email from Joseph from Huge Supplement He apologize and gave his poor excuse why to feel justified Bribed me and try to buy my review to make it a 5 star review using a 40 00 gift card Cant believe these SOB would buy reviews and bribe people Their reviews online are bought and paid for Scum of a company Update 10 27 23- contacted my credit card company they gave me my money back and being investigated The phone numbers online are not real numbers for the company They block me on Social Media because they got butthurt over criticism Stay away from this scam

Don t rely on Huge and don t buy from them
I wish I had checked these reviews before I ordered from Huge The discount offered in an email suddenly wasn t available at the checkout I foolishly thought they would give a credit after I ordered the product They didn t The customer service take at least a day to reply to emails and are dismissive of any comments My order wasn t despatched for 5 days I emailed asking for it to be cancelled and suddenly it had been despatched Despite good publicity I would not recommend buying expensive products from them They seem to forget there are a lot of competitors out there for them who offer good products
