Hands down the best service to host files and deliver streamable video that I have come accross with all the controls you could dream of right there in your dashboard Easy to understand and incredibly cheap no-b llshit pricing No expensive premium sigh plans to subscribe to You pay strictly for what bandwidth you use Competitors think Vimeo Wistia charge downright RIDICULOUS prices for simply delivering streamable video or providing fast cloud storage - and then your options and storage are limited These guys just do it better AND cheaper Probably not the most beginner friendly UI as a lot of it might be confusing if you don t know what you are doing But I wouldn t have it any other way I need all those powerful controls and options Looking forward to the coming updates hoping the file folder controls improve somewhat Keep on hopping and for the love of god please don t let some investor greed force you to change your pricing and account models

I had an issue with videos showing an unusual error and reached out to the bunny team to see if this was user error or something glitching The bunny team responded in under 30 minutes letting me know that it was fixed it was user error and what I had messed up They were friendly and responsive and it s some of the best customer service I ve experienced with a tech company in a long time

I received the best customer service ever I had an issue with webp images not showing up correctly on my website Sometimes they would show up as jpg files and it was driving me crazy I tried seeking help from the developers but they couldn t find any issues with the plugin that I suspected was causing a conflict Fortunately Sunil Islam was my helper at the time and he was incredibly patient and helpful He guided me step by step through the troubleshooting process until I figured out what needed to be done Thanks to his assistance the problem is now fixed Overall I am very impressed with the customer service provided by this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs technical support
