I come here every week nothing changes Nobody cleans all tables are dirty and worst of all there is tiny mosquitos every where and staff dont bother to do anyhing about it needs a proper clean walls floors chair and table I dont want to think how clean must be the kitchenDownstairs its been closed for over 5 weeks now so there is no toilets for costumers Staff are slow and desmotivated

Scruffy food was nice but tables were covered in leftovers and the bin was overflowing Furthermore the staff were shouting at each other and u had to pay an extra 30p just to get some bbq sauce

Telford Burger King off ring rd Telford town centre every table in the restaurant was filthy not cleaned for days I would say had no contract cleaners we had to clean our own table with Hand gel and paper towels

I m not sure if reviews make a difference to Burger King or indeed whether they care but I am never more disappointed with a fast food takeaway than Burger King It s seemingly been franchised to hell with owners that dine off the brand name but offer none of the qualities you d expect A recent visit to Earl s Court BK was one where we had really below average food in an over-staffed store where only one person actually appeared to be working The place was disgustingly dirty and the upstairs seating and toilets were physically blocked off by furniture so there was only about 10 seats in the whole place Further to that the toilets were not accessible because they were under maintenance whatever that means In reality I think they just couldn t be bothered to have that area open as it would mean extra cleaning for the 10 staff stood out back chatting This visit was the straw that broke the camels back Never again Burger King never again

Highly disappointed with my visit to Burgerking today I ve always loved their beanie burger tasty and full of real veg and beans I am disgusted with what I was served today The gorgeous and good for your beanie had been replaced by a processed vegan burger which was greasy and tasted oily Its safe to say my lover for this brand is over

Burgers were stone cold chips were thrown into bag face down an they all fell out of their bag disgrace to serve food like that an charge the price as well

Past two visits to burger king i have been very dissapointed with the quality of meat in their burgers I have been eating bacon double cheeseburgers for roughly 20 years that is the only burger king product I eat and it had never been a problem until this year I am now spitting out lumps of grissle which means it is lower quality cuts of meat I am never buying one again It has put me right off

Ordered a Whopper meal from Stapleford Nottingham branch and the burger and chips were tepid Very disappointed Gets a 2 rating because the lady who served me was very nice

For years l enjoyed the Steakhouse Angus then some idiot decided to change the ordinary cheese to a vile smoked one Nearly threw up with first one thought it was off Next one took back to be informed of the change Now I have to ask specifically for the original cheese and then BK has the cheek to charge extra for it No point in complaining BK they don t respond

At burger King in Piece Hall Halifax Ordered cheese burger meal with coffee and whopper meal with strawberry milkshake regular fries for both meals When we opened the package approx 5 mins later both meals were barely warm I had vanilla milkshake not strawberry as ordered and it was a double whopper again not as ordered
