No receipt my cash wasn t good enough

Just trying to figure out why the store manager didn t want cash payments today at the Perry Barr restaurant today Not only that he didn t dive me a receipt didn t complete the order and then went around the back for a female staff member to finish my order It was giving tax avoidance vibes the consumers have their eyes wide open so you don t have 0 52 change in the till Something looked real fishy and he looked under pressure

The burgers are alright the hidden fees arent

The burgers are great they come with an actual bottle of coke which I love However having to order on deliveroo rather than the official app because the official app seems to add fee s on all over the place and most of the time they are not even mathamtically correct I have contacted support about these and rather than an explanation or a fix its just heres the refund which is great and all but its a hassle and shouldnt happen

Just bought an Angus Steak house burger and bacon double burger from Burger King via deliveroo Newport Gwent branch tonight What s going on Very small portions tiny buns and patties Not at all the size and taste I ve recently had and loved I ve only started ordering from Burger King a few weeks ago very disappointed Will not be returning Cost of living 20 for this really

Waited ages for food then it arrived cold no milk for the coffee refill machines not working no tomato ketchup ordered whopper burger for 9 each and just received small burger one lettuce leaf and one slice of tomato sadly disappointed as it was our once a month treat

As an hgv driver in reality you can only park a large vehicle at motorway services That being said you are basically a captive consumer prices are 30 that of high street and food is always and I mean ALWAYS cold fries hot but burgers always clay cold it s just not good enough after all truckers keep the country running we never strike

Disappointed with the poor service at

Disappointed with the poor service at Burger King in Warrington near to B Q card machine broke so had to pay cash and had to wait over 10 mins for food cooking to order large queues built up all the while The cleanliness of the restaurant was poor food scraps and trays left on tables no team member seemed bothered The branch needs strong leadership and investment in recruiting and training Not a patch on McDonald s

Rubbish service

You re reliance on using the machine with no other option is ridiculous There re problems the kids working there can t resolve Maybe employ adults with a personality might help also Hickstead Burger King has one older guy there who is very helpful Nomatter what the teenagers just look blankly at you And offer no help Had an awful experience came away with NOTHING

Annoying

Took my three young grandchildren today to burger King in Macclesfield Whilst placing my order in shop another two customers were back during to order missing I had some of mine missing also All quickly sorted out They were quite busy at the time but only had one member of staff taking orders at the till Where was everyone else Surely more staff are required taking orders at lunch time However my young grandson has lost his little blue ladybug Thinking it maybe left behind I tried several times ringing but no one ever answers To say he is distraught is an understatement

The photo of the classic chicken melt does not represent the true product sold to customers On unwrapping my burger the first question that came to mind was where s the melt
