This is not a company I would ever do business with again the service has not worked as it should from day one There where all sorts of hidden charges we here not told about I don t take lightly on giving reviews but make sure everything is in writing

This is one of the worst companies I ve
If i could give 0 or minus for this company i would have but this is not allowed here This company is a rip off I am now going to report this to TIO first i have informed them that we want to cancel their internet service on august since we were not using the service due to lockdown in sydney and we wont be continuing after the lockdown opens They have called us and told us that we can use their service free for two months and if we wanted to resume our service after the lockdown opens we may otherwisewe can cancel we left the premises after two months and we asked them to cancel their service again since we decided to move and they did not say anything yesterday all of sudden they have send final notice to pay two months of fee and if we dont pay they will use credit agency what a rip off they tried to trick us first they provided us with free service no invoice sent on those periods to see if we would stay with them and when we said we are moving then they are asking for charge Wow What a Rip off Please avoid this company at any cost

Disgusting company stay away
Worst customer serivce Only exploit you and get your money Speed is freaking slow Misleading info They will call you non stop to get you to join them Then they will f you up with the misleading speed pack and get you into a contract Where you must pay 250 termination fee whether you want or not They dont freaking solve the problem Only scam DONT JOIN THEM

BUROSERV are Frauds and Thieves
A WARNING if you are thinking of changing TELCO carriers DO NOT move across to Buroserv They will destroy your business and your sanity They don t solve the problem they create the problem - so they CAN SCAM you They will call you non stop to get you to join them Then they will F you up by getting you into a contract where you must pay 250 termination fee whether you want or not- no matter what problem they have created They only MISLEAD you and Exploit you without giving you the service you joined up for Their customer service doesn t exist then they keep invoicing you for a disconnection fee for a service you had for 2 days - that didn t work and almost cost us our business Had to go back to my previous carrier who actually RESOLVED the issue Buroserv created They force you to pay by applying a Payment Default on your Credit They are nothing but FRAUDS THEIVES and SCAMMERS the Scum of the earth

A salesperson called Arko called me non stop saying our new business account would be through them After many many questions he still wouldn t admit they are a private reseller and I had a choice to go with anyone Misleading lying and a scam

It s dishonest company
It s dishonest company please very careful with this company I used their service for my business in Melbourne Vic I was stressful with them I used their network for both internet and table phone for restaurant but phone didn t not work we called them and got the advised that I need to buy new modern 120 from them however it s not stable I called them to terminate their contract from May 14 but they still charge the service till july 15 and 120 for early end service
