Our driver was very polite and accommodating he arrived on time and was waiting patiently for us for the return journey We were provided with water and were able to choose the music we wanted to listen to The vehicle was very comfortable with plenty of room We had a very positive experience with this company and would definitely use it again

Very good service We ordered two buses One had a technical issue a few hours prior to pickup but a replacement was found in good time Great service Would suggest opening customer service phone line a little earlier than 11am on a Saturday

Called to book a bus trip at short notice - same day and they were very helpful along with giving me updates on the driver s arrival time etc Marcus who was my contact person kept in touch to ensure my expectations were met all on short notice

Booked trip from Shefford to Cambridge and Sammi the driver was nice and early on both outbound and return trips Getting to use was difficult as some of the roads in Cambridge had been closed but all went well and he managed to get to us and still early Well done Will and the busroute team for making the day go really well

Needed taxi s for 11 people to Gatwick and called Busroute a week before the flight Spoke with Marcus and within 10 minutes he had emailed through quotes very competitive pricing with payment link We also needed a taxi back the week after from Luton airport so he sorted a separate quote for that also good price but we didn t end up needing it as the train was quicker from there Day before he called to check in and confirm and then the morning of trip at 2am flight was at 4am we received links to both drivers with location and number so we could track and call if any problems Overall great experience very easy to contact and book and Marcus was available through phone and email with quick responses Will be using again and recommending to friends and family
