Total Scam just light your money on fire
Total Scam As mentioned by many other people this product is total garbage Charged more than advertised I just returned from a 7 day fishing trip in the Boreal forest of northern Canada the home of the mosquito and used the BuzzBugg daily and after 7 days there was 1 dead mosquito which I think died of laughter looking at this stupid light Don t buy this product you might as well light your money on fire as that would keep more bugs away than this thing

Do Not Buy
Our back yard is swarming with mosquitos this year worse than I ve ever seen I thought I d try anything and ordered 2 Had one out for a week and I think it caught 1 They d fly right past it and nothing Do not buy I m trying to return them and you have to pay the shipping plus a restocking fee of 15 which guaranteed they aren t restocking its going in the garbage So you d be out shipping twice and 15 so pretty much no refund

Bad Company
I ordered 4 of these and they have stopped working but because it has been more than 30 days the company denied me a refund and I feel that is poor customer service Surely they can afford to refund a customer who had a bad experience I will not be recommending this product

Broke after 9 months didn t honor warranty
Broke after 9 months emailed request for replacement got automated response and no replacement Didn t honor purchase of 3 year extended warranty kept telling me I had 1 year replacement even though I had a screenshot of receipt Many phone calls and emails of them denying my receipt screenshot Overall product also not good Didn t last long on bug zapping maybe 8 hours Used only indoor and had morning sun Rotated the two to get more use Only on charger for 12 hours I attracted only at night very few fruit flies my Zevvo works better

The units STOPPED working after one
The units STOPPED working after one season of Canadian summer - 4 months MAX I contacted customer support and asked if there was ANYTHING I could do replace a component or any recommendations They BLAMED me without knowing that they sold me THEIR special charger - that I had DAMAGED the batteries 4 units because I used the WRONG charger After numerous ways of contacting them - email support request telephone calls - they have chosen to IGNORE me GARBAGE for sale - contact BuzzBugged
