Cab Bazaar feels like a robbery

I m currently in USA and will be travelling to India next week Since I need a cab to travel from airport to home town I have attempted a booking for the next week 11 29 but received an email immediately saying that the payment didn t go through After few hours got a message that the trip is booked for next morning and deducted the money Since i m still at USA and the date is incorrect i have called their support team but the associate was insisting that I need to call from the registered number to get the details and cancelled the trip with no refund This feels terrible since we lost the money for no reason and need to make alternative arrangements

SCAMERS DO NOT TRUST AT ALL I was travelling with 3 German guests Even after taking extra charges for the luggage room the assigned us the wrong type of cab Before they assigned us the cab I talked on phone 3 times to explain that we need a cab without CNG with carrier The customer service kept contacting and forcing us to take the wrong cab and when we called to get compensation for their lies they said that it was drivers fault when driver contacted the customer care the told driver to do anything to get the payment We have heared the communication if both the side and this is a nightmare They are 100 scammers NEVER EVER TRUST CABBAZAR

The service was highly unprofessional I booked a cab from Noida to Mussoorie Dhanaulti and Rishikesh with a total distance of 1000 km However on the last day of the trip the driver informed me that I needed to pay additional charges for the sightseeing visits which was not communicated earlier And 700 km was covered still need pay extra Cab bazar customer said you need detail with driver and they can t help

cabbazar the worst ever service available in India At the last moment during this holiday peak season they call me 30 mins before my booking time n state that cabs are not available For my recent trip to India had booked 4 cabs for different dates With the last moment cancellation from their end I missed my meetings missed my flights and then given that unreliability I requested to cancel the other 3 bookings they started highlighting the no refund policies to me But for them it s ok to cancel at last moment and leave the passengers stranded Honestly the worst ever experience

Booking Id- 770839 I had a booking today from Bhubaneswar Hitech Heaven for an airport drop and my experience was extremely frustrating I would not want anyone else to go through what I did My cab was scheduled for 9 30 AM and I checked in at 6 30 AM clearly stating that I had a flight to catch and needed the driver to be on time Unfortunately there was a no-show Despite numerous attempts to reach the driver he did not respond to my calls One time he answered but kept disconnecting the call because he was not even close to my location and hadn t set off when he should have After approximately 20 attempts to contact him he finally mentioned that he would arrange for someone else adding to the chaos In the end I had to book cabs through Uber and Ola because I was unable to find any SUVs at the last minute I believe CabBazar needs to understand the seriousness of this situation and respond appropriately It s not just about money it s about the panic I experienced which caused me to catch my flight at the last moment I expect a full refund as well as acknowledgment of the distress my parents and I went through The cab finally arrived at 10 30 AM an hour after my scheduled pick-up and I received a call from CabBazar asking if the driver was still waiting without checking what time my pick-up was supposed to be This is completely unacceptable I want a formal complaint filed and I expect appropriate action to be taken I will not let this go easily and I plan to pursue this matter further

Worst service provider I had booked a sedan car from Vadodara to Ahmedabad The car that came had no dicky space as it housed a CNG cylinder Ultimately they canceled my booking when I asked for a cab with full dicky space and they refused I had the first experience of a cab that had no space in dicky Moreover they charge money in advance And that is nonrefundable as they have their own reasons to justify cancelation Never try to book a cab through Cabbazar
