INFERIOR PRODUCT AVOID

Email and adverts suggest based in UK Are in Australia Very inferior product Requested to return and refund not worth my time returning to Australia But they are also registered in UK Customer care very responsive which is good but product inferior and customer care not able to do much except Offer minuscule refund AVOID

It is certainly not premium quality as described The inside is not good quality material and crappy zip compartment The returns address is Australia they know you won t want to send it back due to the return cost yet the website is By Selena uk I wrote a review on their fb page and they deleted it They are obviously not showing bad reviews All misleading to get you to buy Think twice before buying

Ordered clutch bag - NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

Ordered clutch bag poor quality bad stitching faulty zip so wanted to return instead they offered me 15 off to keep the bag due to postage costs cost of postage to Australia 18 with Royal Mail and 22 with courier It would make sense but the bags are of such poor quality that they will not last more than a moth so waste of money and never again

I purchased 3 of these bags Unfortunately had already given two of them as Xmas presents before I tried to use mine Embarrasing Poor quality Unsuitable for purpose Nothing like the capacity shown in the advert Too small to take regular size credit cards or even small notes Waste of money Avoid

Ordered 2 bags as Christmas presents When the order was confirmed they said unable to guarantee Christmas delivery I have emailed them 3 times but have got no reply I guess I have lost my money at the time of year I can least afford it
