I previously bought a hoodie online from Quba as a Christmas present for my partner but within a couple of times of wearing the stitching design started to come undone in various places and I was really disappointed I contacted Quba and they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent to my home in Spain Due to delivery partner deliveries in Spain it was not delivered and returned to the UK I contacted Quba again and they immediately sent it again and is now received I have bought from Quba many times without issue and I have been hugely impressed that their commitment to customer service and satisfaction matches the quality of their products I would not hesitate buying or recommending them and a special thank you to Neil for ensuring that I recieved a replacemen
