Ordered an item which was never received after chasing them several times they said they were unable yo fulfil the order Avoid - unprofessional

Very disappointed

I ordered an edible photo topper and matching cupcake toppers for my daughter s first birthday After a week I thought I d drop an email to find out when they would be delivered to then be told they no longer have the stock to produce my order I m not annoyed about the stock problem I appreciate these things happen but the fact they didn t tell me until I chased it is terrible

Bad experience with Cake Craft World Ordered a few bits and 5kg mix and they posted the items out without the mix and then told me after that the mix was out of stock Wouldn t even have the sense to ring you first and let you know before posting and person emailing wasn t one bit sorry or friendly about the matter

How amazing to find such a wonderful support at cake craft world lin went beyond and above anything I ve ever known such a joy and relief to know they have such a helpful customer services talked me thru a technique I had never used she is a life saver best cake supplies in the East with so much knowledge and so helpful thank-you lin my cakes were amazing because of you I bought the right things for the job

Excellent customer service

I had a cake emergency in which I needed sugar cake decorations within about 48 hours They offer next day delivery on orders placed before 8pm I got my order in at 7 45pm but I received no dispatch confirmation I called and spoke to Shirrell not sure of the spelling She explained there was a system glitch and the order was not picked up until after midnight She was very helpful and friendly She immediately called the parcel up from the warehouse and chose a Saturday delivery this was the next day which I didn t purchase at checkout Not only was this kind but she refunded me the delivery charge also All was well and I did end up receiving my order on the Saturday I was able to take a deep sigh of relief as my cake crisis was averted Thank you Cake Craft World

I ve used Cake Craft world several times and have always been really pleased with my purchases However after I ordered a cake topper on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday they really excelled themselves The cake topper hadn t arrived on Tuesday so I sent them an email asking why and how long it would take I got a phone call from them on Wednesday morning apologising for it not arriving The lady I spoke to was so lovely and organised another to be sent straight away and it duly arrived this morning When ordering on line it can be frustrating if you can t speak to someone I cant thank them enough for sorting the problem out so quickly The topper is really nice and I ll definitely use this company again

Great customer service

While a cake topper I ordered arrived damaged it was quickly replaced and was of good quality The sugar paste sugar paste I bought was very easy to use and tasty I appreciated the good communication as to status of my order and delivery and the quick response I had with respect to the damaged cake topper

Being honest the reviews on here worried me a little Thankfully I still placed the order This place is great They had a wide range of products and a good minimum spend for free delivery My order was dispatched the next day and delivered a few days later in great condition
