I ordered sandals in March and was charged immediately for them I sent you 2 emails questioning shipping and tracking information from you and NO ANSWER from you I called your customer service number over 12 times No one answers No message The beeping sound sounds like a fax number Tried to get your phone number in Canada but was advised that there is no company by the name CALCEUS I Mississauga Ontario Canada What gives Jerry P Pulaski

Would put 0 if I could

Would put 0 if I could USPS didn t deliver my order The only options calceus gave was was wait 1-3 months and STILL pay a 7 shipping fee or pay an additional 50 of the cost of my order AND the 7 shipping fee for immediate reshipment What a scam

This is absolutely the WORST online

This is absolutely the WORST online shopping experience I have EVER had I ordered 2 items on April 9 2020 and as of today have not received them Per the tracking information they are STILL in transit VIA the Post Office after being handed off on May 11 by FEDEX Therefore I can not speak to the quality of the products but ONLY to the execution of the delivery thus far which is non-existent

Absolute rubbish Chinese market 1 shoes

Absolute rubbish their website goes to great lengths to convince you this is a quality brand located in the UK UK address phone number etc What they actually are is a cheap chinese company selling 1 shoes from china They will arrive with the well known brand Fashion on them When you try to return them they will give you an address in Canada or China to return to I m going to have to go through my bank to get my money back it seems Avoid this brand at all costs one of the most dishonest transactions I ve ever encountered

Ordered shoes on shoes a month ago and still have not received them They blame Covivid-19 however I have ordered since from Amazon Walmart and Home Depot and received everything Very slow to respond to inquiries although they seem to eventually Here it is June 15 and still nothing Still blaiming it on Covid-19 despite the fact that Amazon FedEx UPS USPS are all operating normally Had to revise to 1 star

Calceus should be classified as a Lottery you will throw your money to them with with NO RETURN for your purchase I received mine 3 weeks after promised will not fit have tried to return for the past 2 weeks with no response to my request even their phone number listed on their website is a fax number BUYER BEWARE

Handmade leather FAKE FAUX LEATHER

They use the term Handmade leather but it s FAKE FAUX leather If you want to do a return be prepared to go to the post office and spend half the shoe s cost to return it Use your current shoes and run away BTW low ratings or bad reviews don t show-up on their website so the level of customer satisfaction is a lie

I really wish I had looked at these reviews before buying from Calceus My experience is exactly as others describe I thought I was buying from a UK based company and that they would be good quality slippers Neither turn out to be true To return them I have to spend a further 12 80 to send to Canada or China with no guarantee that I will actually get a refund

I have not received my order

I have not received my order the tracking number is invalid I have emailed the company more than a week ago with no response I even allowed a couple of extra days to receive my order due to covid before emailing the company I do however keep getting reminders to review my purchase At this point I regret placing an order at all Update weeks later the package finally arrived missing 1 shoe The company expects the customer to file a claim with delivery service Do not waste your time or money ordering from this company
