I really wish I had found these reviews before I placed an order I am having the same exact experience as others Placed an order in part because of the boasting easy exchanges and returns but they are ignoring my emails have their phone shut down have their online chat shut down and their online returns exchanges form gives you an error message at the last step They have tons of angry comments on social media about all the issues customers are having I left negative reviews but expect them to be deleted No wonder all their products are reviewed so highly I m left with no option but to dispute with my credit card company

Buyer Beware

After reading rave reviews on their dog boots their website I was pretty excited to receive mine However within two dog walks the seam in one boot started coming apart and within the next month ALL 4 of the boots were falling apart And as is clearly stated by many others here customer service is practically non-existent After several failed-to-connect online chats emails and good luck talking to a real person and repeated phone calls I finally got ahold of someone I was asked to send pics which I did That was 3 weeks ago I ve all but given up And I m guessing that s what they re counting on Terrible business

Absolutely The Worst customer service

Absolutely The Worst customer service that I have experienced I purchased dog boots for my dog that fell off and didn t fit They have a brief return period so I tried to exchange for a size up and customer service essentially said sorry they couldn t exchange for another item or return I have lost over 60 I had surgery so missed the 3 week window to return Recommend not purchasing from Canada pooch due to poor customer service

Return label expired before stated in

Return label expired before stated in the return email When I reached out to customer service they would not create a new return label Their site also does not allow returns when Paypal is used to expedite checkout On multiple orders only store credit is offered as an exchange option

Awful customer service

Awful customer service I placed an order on Friday night and decided to cancel the order on Sunday They don t have customer service hours on the weekend so I called first thing Monday morning They said it s impossible to cancel and if I don t want the items I should just return them and pay the return shipping fee because they don t offer order cancellation They should clearly state this upfront or have customers check an acknowledgment box when making a purchase Their response is basically F U deal with it

Waste of Time and Money

I purchased a pair of the 2 in 1 dog walking puffer gloves wore them once and found they were awful Did not keep my hands warm at -5C given company name I would expect much much better in the cold weather and did not work well with my phone the product description claims they are supposed to be compatible with touch screen phones Reaching out to customer service was useless As I expected they hid behind their sub par standard policies and showed no intent that they would look into my complaints to make the product better Stay far far away Will not be shopping this brand ever again Gloves will go to my dogs as chew toys

Horrific customer service if you can call it customer service PLEASE PLEASE don t purchase anything from this company Bought a coat for my dog - wrong size won t take it back - even when you are exchanging a size they won t help you Only want your money Insane to think a company like this exists - scammers

Overpriced items money grabbers

Overpriced items with low quality They also hide honest reviews from their site to seem like they have higher ratings I tried leaving fair honest reviews about the products I purchased but they hid them As others I also experienced the gift card issue when I went to return my unworn items No refund only a gift card option

Worst Customer Experience Ever Leash purchased hurts the hands sizing guide on website is misleading Emails are partially ignored replacement on slush suit for wrong product never ordered chat function is terrible phone number is useless - no real customer service- still waiting for a resolve of my issues to no avail BIG WASTE OF TIME
