If I could give 0 stars I would have Absolute shambles of a company No names or numbers attached to their emails and now I know why Long story short asked to be taken off their subscription after a ridiculous process on waiting for my first package They refunded me which was fair enough but never cancelled the sub and charged me 261 Stole money and when asked for it to be refunded to my account are refusing to by saying I didn t directly ask for my subscription to be cancelled even though I did Save yourself a major headache DO NOT BUY from these absolute charlatans

worst protein I ve ever purchased terrible customer service blamed me for buying what i did and wouldn t provide any option for return rude employee that i was dealing with the protein tasted like a factory if you re into that this protein is perfect for you

I was super excited to try Canadian Protein as I ve heard nothing but great things I ordered the Blueberry Pie Whey Protein and Chocolate Casein Both flavours made me so sick The blueberry pie was insanely sweet and made me incredible bloated The chocolate casein was really gritty and also made me bloated I was really disappointed I ve been using protein powders for years now and have never had this issue before Won t be ordering from here again Disappointing they don t have a return policy

I bought two kinds of protein powder and some sample packs Cookies n creme tastes like coconut you can t taste the banana in the banana cream pie chocolate hazelnut has a weird chemical taste and clover shake literally tastes like toothpaste Forget hint of mint in the clover shake they gave you the whole answer Haven t tried cookie dough yet

Almost 40 in 6 months

I used to love ordering from here and would do so every couple of months I mean the shakes are amazing tasting and mix well However their recent price hikes are just insane I used to order the 2kg 4 4lbs of Whey isolate for 75 99 in December now it is 119 99 That is an almost 40 increase in 6 months I will not be ordering again at these new prices

They don t care about customers just moving product

I have been a customer for about 10 years but they sent a parcel to you wrong address and their customer service ghosted me when I tried to ask for a refund or another parcel Note After making a fuss over 2 weeks they finally gave me a refund after I shared my reviews

Their prices are so low one has to wonder about the quality I purchased BCAA s and compared to ones from other companies this one felt very weak and ineffective
