Never received order or compensation Arrogant unprofessional customer service

Ordered during COVID-19 outbreak and did not receive my order Upon further investigation my apartment number was not specified in the shipping directions so canada post just left the box outside my building After sending an email to customer service explaining this I received no reply to rectify the situation After reading some of the other reviews it seems im not the only one to experience this problem Won t be risking another purchase with this company in the future Nothing in my spam box and I find that hard to believe considering I received all of your other replies regarding this situation If you could kindly resend these emails as I have no means of communication otherwise If that was the case then why wasn t I notified about this claim considering I contacted your customer support a month ago I always double or even triple check my shipping details when ordering online and even leave additional directions when possible with the apt and not to leave at the front door Irregardless as long term customer I d hope I would at least get some compensation or answers An email informing me that you even took any action at all would have been professional Instead you just left me hanging for weeks with no explanation I have received all of her previous replies and even all your newsletters so your spam box excuse doesn t sound very plausible Also I find it odd you have not contacted me by email yet and resort to a review board for communication Regardless of who s at fault a company that values further business would just say don t worry about it and send another one free of charge instead of pointing blame I won t be continuing this conversation here so you can throw more generic excuses at me to save face with the public I think I ve made my point

I m still waiting for my order placed 1 year ago Excellent products but unfortunately they scam people I never thought I had to write a bad review when I placed my first order I can t recommend a page like this I used to placed orders for 2 000 usd each 3 months Why did you decide to scam a client like this They reply emails only for selling not for a warranty 2 000 usd dollars lost in my last order that I never received Kristy L was the person who robbed me I bought a leucine and it provoked a skin rash to one of my clients I sent tests photos and videos and they never responded kristy blamed the shipping company for not delivering my order I have made more than 5 orders to the same address in Florida and Kristy sent the order to another address So why do you have databases why do you request telephone numbers They manipulate their customers data to cheat and steal all large orders after making many complaints they said multiple times that they would call me and they never did after 6 months of making claims they told me that they had already shipped my order and guess what I have been requesting the guide transport number since July 2021 they supposedly made the shipment but it is a lie they never did because I haven t received anything they decided to steal my 2 000 usd Taking advantage of the fact that I m not in Canada to sue them for scammers If this is how they steal from a customer who has bought more than 10 000 worth of their products I don t want to imagine how they steal from others

Made me sick

I have purchased protein here a few times always been great product and service Then this last bag I made a shake and found it had a chemical or weird taste I thought nothing of it cause it said new and improved flavour Shortly after my stomach felt sick I reach out and told them somethings not right here and told a test will be done and back to me in 24 hrs It s been a week and there ignoring my emails and text messages Not impressed with customer service and the protein I have received as I sit here in the DARK

They screwed up my address I ve ordered from them before no problems they decided to keep the shipping money bad customer service typical blame the customer so they can save their own money from their own mistakes or Canada posts mistakes looks like ill be going somewhere else from now on

Order nr 777210 Such a poor customer service don t reccomend that company to anyone First of all I ve ordered some proteins from their website a month before I was leaving the country hoping I ll get it and take it with me I ve been waiting for my order for almost 3 weeks They told me there s some issues with delivery truck and they are shipping my order again I contacted them and told them I want to cancel my order because I m not gonna be in Canada when it s deliver because in a week I m going home and the plan was to take it with me They ignored my request and shipped it anyway giving me hard times to deal with that when I was not in Canada anymore It s finally been delivered after 4 weeks of waiting It s a second time now with no responds I m trying to contact them to receive the return shipping label cause I don t want it anymore There is an option to request for a return shipping label through their website but because I ve been waiting for my order for almost a month it says I passed out the 14 days return window time Don t recommend that company

Very poor customer services experience

So far my experience with Canadian Protein has been one of the worst in customer service for a long while I order a lot online but I don t think I ve dealt with any other company this non responsive and completely unconcerned about the problem at hand I ordered a product from them that I never received I paid for it to be sent by expedited post and it never arrived between them and their chosen courier after rescheduling delivery for three day in a row the product appears to be in a completely different province from where I requested to be delivered Their sorry excuse for customer service emailed me to say that I may have to wait till the 24th April while they investigate I ordered the product on the 22nd March I requested a refund and I am still yet to hear back from them nor do I have the product They may have a good product but the service I ve experienced isn t worth it at all The order number is 824117 Order Number and ticket number is Ticket Number 0150440209

Okay product terrible customer service

I feel like the overall quality of Canadian Protein has been going down over the years I ve had a couple bags with their resealable mechanism broken upon arrival changes in flavor within the same products and now changes in their products and ingredients that go unadvertised even if you have a subscription Soduim amount going up scoop size going up protein remaining the same I ve also experienced what I d call apathetic responses from the customer service team Feels more like talking to a robot that does not care about you as a customer just there to provide answers to another number for the business One of the lousiest customer service experiences I ve ever had

I ordered my protein powder June 29 and am still waiting for the product to arrive Email contact with the company tells me it was to finally arrive yesterday but nothing Today the product delivery update tells me product is again delayed I am beyond frustrated
