Customer service is great There was a processing error when I ordered and Mike fixed it quickly Aside from the stellar purchasing support the text on these candles is hilarious - perfect for my friends that I bought them for I can t wait for the candles to arrive so I can see their faces when they open the gift -

I absolutely love the sayings on your candles what a fantastic gift to give to a spouse or partner I bought 2 for my husband and he loves them And I received them so fast will definitely buy more at a later date

Great Customer Service

First i would start off and say the delivery is fast i live in NYC and my candle came in 3 days i had a mishap where my candle was delivered but I didn t receive it not candle guy fault i assume usps made a mistake or someone stole my package furthermore i reached out to the customer service and received quick responses to solve my issue and received another candle The customer service is excellent the candle smells great i hope my babe loves it for Vday Definitely will shop here again Thank you

Excellent customer service

Just placed an order and then saw a candle I wanted in place of what I ordered I wasn t sure if it would be possible to change it but I emailed with high hopes and got a response within just a few hours Customer service is everything and the candle guy did not disappoint

I got the bj candle for my boy for his birthday and he loved it The scent I chose smells great and the shipping was super fast I realized the candle is smaller in person but it arrived in perfect condition It s aesthetically pleasing and hilarious A fun gift to give to that special someone

Unfortunately USPS lost my order but the QUICKNESS of response has been so amazing from this company Specifically Mike has been great with guiding me through the process of how to receive a new order without any fault or problem to me Can t stress enough how impressed I am with the service and I will be back ti post about my candles when I receive them which I believe will be worth all of this So grateful for the amazing service and I am so stoked to receive my order Thank you thank you Definitely recommend just on service alone you ve got a customer for life -

I absolutely love thissss Not only was the candle packaging very nice and secure it arrived way faster than I expected and I m in an entirely different country This company has definetly gained a new customer The smell of the candle was also delightful Perfect for Valentine s Day
