Just placed an order and then saw a candle I wanted in place of what I ordered I wasn t sure if it would be possible to change it but I emailed with high hopes and got a response within just a few hours Customer service is everything and the candle guy did not disappoint

First i would start off and say the delivery is fast i live in NYC and my candle came in 3 days i had a mishap where my candle was delivered but I didn t receive it not candle guy fault i assume usps made a mistake or someone stole my package furthermore i reached out to the customer service and received quick responses to solve my issue and received another candle The customer service is excellent the candle smells great i hope my babe loves it for Vday Definitely will shop here again Thank you
